Booked a room for three adults
Said online there was a double bed and free cot bed.
We got there and they said we can’t have three people, one of us was left with nowhere to stay.
We wouldn’t have booked this room if it wasn’t for three people, I showed them Expedia where I booked they said it was wrong, they had a triple room avalible but wanted to charge 70€ to upgrade. Didn’t rectify the situation at all, wouldn’t let us talk to a manager. If they had a room why wouldn’t they upgrade us at no cost since it was their fault for having misinformation online.
I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I’ve never had someone so unhelpful at the front desk. I would not recommend this place
