Friendly staff, good security. Facilities a bit aged.

Lovely property in nice area of the city. . Polite staff and adequate buffet breakfast. Enjoyed staying there.

Nice food and great accommodation.

Positiva perchè le camere sono larghe spaziose e pulite anche se avrei messo il sapone anche vicino al lavandino (dovevo ogni volta entrare nella doccia per lavarmi le mani). L' aria condizionata funziona e c'è il balcone anche se non l' ho mai usato perchè è esposto al sole la mattina e c'è traffico nella strada adiacente. Ecco il rumore è un po' un problema se uno si aspetta una zona silenziosa ma a Georgetown di posti silenziosi ce ne sono pochi

Great breakfast.

Great area for jogging and exercising, accessible by car. However, the drawback is that there is a lot of noise. Breakfast options extremely limited. The kitchen is near bathrooms!

I discovered this Hotel on a whim,when return to Guyana after 30th something year living abroad. It was clean has a great security system, I felt safe,they have a breakfast included. So when the opportunity to present itself again that I had to return to Guyana Not for fun, not for pleasure. For the passing of my grandmother. I choose this hotel again. And again it did not disappoint thanks to Paul, Wallace and Odessa. I do recommend if you're planning to take a trip to Guyana, and if you are looking somewhere quiet, clean and comfortable to choose this hotel.

The room had mold in it. The management need to do proper maintenance before allowing their guests to stay in such conditions

Quiet clean cozy and convenient

The property has nice and big rooms. The room I had needed some small in-room reparings. The worst thing is that the windows sound proofing is really bad - all conversation being held outside of my room were heard as people were inside my room. I practicaly didn't sleep the whole night I was staying there

This is my second time lodging with Herdmanston Lodge. My family and I felt like we were staying with family. Absolutely will book my next stay in Guyana with them.

Needs a upgrade

Staff was very nice. The new owner really needs to do some required annual maintenance of painting, fixing and painting some furniture. The bathroom could use some upgrades. Closets need painting. Balcony door locks need to be repaired. Their breakfast is below standard.

The area was quiet but parking was only available on the road in the vicinity of the hotel.

The rooms needs an upgrade, there is no elevator, very noisy at nights, it’s unsafe to walk outside of the property and there was NO hot water in 2 rooms that were booked. Air conditioner worked great, seating area outside with a bar was convenient, complimentary breakfast and staff was awesome. Security on premises made us safe.
