Nice hotel

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend.

Nettes Personal, praktisches Zimmer, gute Lage für den Zwischenstop nach Italien. Leider waren die Matratzen so hart, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Schade!

My only complaint was that there was not a mini refrigerator in the room. I had bought some expensive cheese in Rome and was unable to keep it due to this. Wonderful staff and I like that they hire mentally challenged people to help with the kitchen.

Super flot hotel med godt personale

The staff were very friendly and the location was very convenient. The room itself was okay but the breakfast buffet had flies sitting on the cheese and cold meats (no doubt they were probably touring the whole buffet) which really brought down our view of the cleanliness of the hotel

Bel posto, personale capace e disponibile, ottimanla colazione e la pulizia delle camere, unico neo è che il terzo posto letto fosse terribilmente duro e scomodo.
