The hotel is a lovely structure, family run. The guys that guest us has been extremely friendly and helpful organising a travel cot for us. All the families have been extremely kind, also during our dinner (there's a motel restaurant in the structure). In the room, Kitchen is equipped with tea, coffee, milk. Hairdrier is provided as well

Hotel was clean and comfortable, I bit dated but this didn't hold back its comfort. Pet friendly, very welcoming and friendly staff. Ideally located almost at the base of Mount Bogong for my stay and no noise to complain about from other rooms. Car parks are a very tight squeeze though, I would park out on the road next time.

We absolutely enjoyed our night at Mountain Creek Motel. The room was large and very clean and the pool was superb on a very hot day. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Very much recommended the butter chicken. Thank you for having us.

Front desk staff were really lovely, helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed and the added benefit of a camp kitchen was very useful. Overall a great stay and affordable price.

The squealing water pump that comes on when anyone in the hotel has a shower woke us up on both nights. Perhaps get that fixed. Otherwise, it was fine.

Well the restaurant was some of the best Indian food I have ever eaten.

Queen bed not comfortable. Hand basin sink hole was rusty. There were no comfortable chairs other than kitchen chairs. Shower has a very deep plug hole that you could easily trip into if you don’t hold on. Staff were very helpful and gave excellent service. Motel is located in a peaceful area.
