It was really nice trip! This hotel is situated near main sightseeings, so it was very convient. Also, I am fascinated with the canal view. Except the weak wifi and a little bit noisy matress, I am almost satisfied.

직원 분들이 아주 친절하십니다_ 호텔 위치는 정말 최고 입니다 오래된 호텔이지만 청소를 잘해서 깨끗합니다

브뤼헤 시청광장 바로 뒤에 흐르는 운하가 브뤼헤에서 가장 아름답다는 곳인데 바로 그 운하옆에 위치한 호텔입니다. 찾기도 어렵지 않고 6번 버스 타고 vismarkt?라는 데서 내리면 바로 찾을수있고 아니면 종루 앞에서 내려서 시청광장 통해 가실 수도 있습니다. 위치는 정말 너무 좋습니다. 아침식사가 포함된 가격인데 아침식사 역시 정말 훌륭합니다. 꼭 귀족저택에서 식사하는 듯한 느낌이고 운하가 펼쳐져 있어 정말 좋습니다. 정문으로 나오면 작은 광장이 있는데 매일 작은 액세서리 시장이 서고 몇몇레스토랑이 있는데 가장 오른쪽에 위치한 집의 홍합요리가 괜찮습니다. (브뤼셀에서 유명한 레쉐옹보다 브뤼헤 홍합요리가 낫습니다). 오래된 고택을 개조한 호텔이라 앤틱 가구와 멋진 그림들이 많고 운치가 있습니다. 호텔의 청소를 담당하는 아주머니가 매우 친절하고 마주칠때마다 불편한것은 없냐고 물어봐주십니다. 딱 한가지 기분이 상했던 점은 호텔 여주인의 태도였습니다. 대놓고 불친절한 것도 아니고 고상하신 분이셨지만 동양인인 우리를 알게모르게 차별한다..는 느낌이 들어서 불쾌했습니다. 특히 다른 백인 손님들에 대한 태도와 비교했을때요. 유럽여행 다니면서 이런 느낌을 받은 호텔은 처음이라 굉장히 불쾌했지만, 다른 점들은 더할나위없이 좋았기 때문에 만약 브뤼헤에 다시 오게 된다면, 그리고 짐이 많이 무겁지 않다면 다시 이 호텔을 선택할 것입니다.

Location is A+. It’s Bruges, so crazy busy at times, but if you explore a bit further away, there are quiet places with interesting dining options. The hotel is very old so don’t expect everything to be modernized, it’s not. No elevator, but the staff will help with luggage, at least on arrival. It was a heat wave during our stay and on the top floor so very hot. No AC. We suggest the hotel have some fans available on request. Continental breakfast is good, hostess attentive and friendly and the dining room view superb. Regular daytime wait staff are seasoned and not always cheery when things get busy, but engaging with them warms them up.

Frokosten var god,savnet tomat og agurk(typisk norsk). Utsikt og sentrumsnært finnes ikke helt utrolig. Spiste lunch,nydelig mat og god service. Kommer jeg tilbake ønsker jeg å bo på samme stedet.

Had a wonderful stay here in April. The view out of our window was beautiful. The breakfast choices were excellent, especially the delicious bread. Morning breakfast view fantastic also. Thank you

Location was great, close to center and restaurant and next to the canal. Room was clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The bathroom has only bathtub with shower head, but no curtain, so we had to sit in the bathtub to take shower, to avoid creating a big mess on the floor. The standard room (top floor) has a view of the canal, but it's a small window close to the ceiling, which is a slanted ceiling (like the attic). If you're short like me, you cannot see the view without climbing on the bed, but the positive part is, you don't have to be cautious of accidentally hitting your head on the slanted ceiling. Breakfast was great and the view from the breakfast area was beautiful.

Hotel in sehr schöner Lage,direkt im Zentrum, direkt am Wasser,an der schönsten Stelle von Brügge, Ausblick vom Zimmer und vom Frühstücksraum auf den Kanal.Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nachteil sind der fehlende Lift,das etwas unfreundliche Personal und das eher einfache Frühstücksbuffet, keine warmen Gerichte.

Quaint, historic property in the heart of Bruges! Beautiful restaurant with great breakfast. No lift, so you may have to climb stairs with luggage - be prepared! Also, no A/C in the room, which was fine for our stay in April, not so good during the summer. We would stay here again.
