숙박업소라기보다는 카지노 업소같은 느낌이며 시설이 가격에 비해 형편 없어요 와이파이도 잘 안되고요 난방기도 잘 안되더군요 호텔도 좀 낡았고요

Amazing stay

No reception for check-in had to go into pokies, staff and myself where confused. No reception at all for check out before 10am

Reception closes at 4:30pm and not signposted on where to go to check in. Shower head also needs replacing as water flies everywhere, otherwise an excellent stop for the night

Hotel was in a good location for us to board the sprit of Tasmania. It’s a basic and dated hotel but it was okay for what we needed.

Excellent Meal and service at the Bistro. Room cleanliness was average and the Spa not working properly! Wouldn’t stay there again at nearly $200.00 a night!!

Clean room - great staff - great hotel walking distance

Nice receptionist. The place needs some TLC everywhere you look. The room was ok if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, but that wouldn’t be after sunrise as the curtains were useless! Patrons at the restaurant or casino parked where they wanted and took the accommodation parking.

Basic but clean room. Staff were excellent and helpful. Bistro for dinner was excellent also.

Staff were nice and the bed was comfortable but I feel that we didn't get value for money.

Our room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. Nothing was a problem for them. The food in the hotel was excellent.I recommend the Sphinx Hotel and Motel . We will be back next year . Thank you for the wonderful service.

The staff were fine, the room was tired, toilet leaked all night, and there were no towels in the room, and very noisy with late night people catching cabs just outsdie my room
