Chambre tout à fait correcte. La dame que l’ai eue au téléphone charmante et serviable. Mais nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée et horreur l’adresse annoncée n’est pas la bonne !

I'm sorry but I have to be honest - this hotel is overpriced by about 80%. It's very old inside, very basic, not especially comfortable and has no facilities beyond a bed and a shower. The bar area has been turned into some strange clothes shop/laundry and is completely cluttered. Manageable for one night but I really can't recommend it. Did I mention price? We stayed in some lovely hotels in France and Belgium during a week's tour and this was the most expensive and many many levels below the others. Oh, and it's difficult to find, because the outside looks NOTHING like the advertised picture (which was what drew us in to book).

Great place in Malmedy. It’s the fourth time we are there

The rooms are not only showing their age, but a lack of general maintenance. On day of checkout, the property wanted to charge us 100 euros to store our bags until the end of the day. The restaurant around the corner was kind enough to store them for free.

Generally pretty terrible. Wildly overpriced. Musty rooms, no fridge, plug in desk fan for ventilation, only two of the outlets worked, whole place just felt sad. Seemed like a bit of a running joke to the locals I talked to.

NO Staff,never saw anyone at reception or elsewhere for the duration of our stay. Restaurant/bar closed. Was suppose to be half board. Room clean but v hot and odd odour. TV removed from wall. All rather unpleasant. Do NOT recomend

This hotel is very untidy, dirty and not comfortable

It was awful, the photos online did not show this Hotel as it was. The towels in the room were dirty and smelt very musty. We did ask for more, but this never happened. Shower leaked all over the floor the blinds in the bathroom didn't close so people could see in when you are in the shower. No TV in the room ( but a wall bracket where it was) No kettle, and the hairdryer didn't work. Says there's a carpark but its on street parking so no carpark. To be honest Hotels.com should remove this from their list.

Towels smell real bad... nothing fancy. during belgian grand prix attractive price. Not to come back in normal season.

Hôtel basique ! Petit déjeuner très cher pour le rapport qualité /prix ! Et Menage non fait entre deux nuits !!

Leuk eenvoudig "buurt" hotel, heel gastvrij. Kamers goed, tevens goed kunnen dineren

Virker ikke som et egentligt hotel, men består kun af værelserne, og ankomstprocedurer virker lidt tilfældige. Ingen mulighed for morgenmad. Den oplyste gratis parkering så ud til at være optaget.

Waren zum wiederholten Mal dort und fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Es ist kein Hotel mit modernen Standards. Dafür aber urig und gemütlich. Man sollte es mögen, dann wird es gut.

Heel eenvoudig en oud. Douchekraan hing niet vast, geen airco, matig bed. Voor 1 nacht wel te overleven maar als je een beetje comfort zoekt niet aan te raden.

I wouldnt advise using this hotel. Room was tiny and with loose wiring and 1970s decor. No parking although advised but street parking was no problem. Washing was drying in public areas and the whole place permanently smelt of stale cooking. Didnt risk the food. Room was clean but seriously overpriced for what is really a hostel. Malmedy lovely and highly recommended. Just stay somewhere else!
