This hotel is not a fancy and a bit old, but room was clean and neat. View from the room and restaurant was good. Overall, good for value and I'd like to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very well located, has amazing views and is very nice. The reception girls are not nice at all... they get kind of angry if you don't speak its language.

Chambre un peu vieillotte mais il est très agréable de dîner sur la terrasse avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes.

Posizione invidiabile e comoda per gli spostamenti (ovviamente se si utilizza un'auto). Camere leggermente datate ma comodissime e silenziose. Buono il ristorante dell'Hotel.

Overall service was good, friendly staff, speaking english, with ample parking space, good pool and a beautiful view of tge mountains.

Our room was in the second building of the hotel. We were a bit far from the restaurant and you pass through a rather cold corridor. Everything else was excellent!

Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht. Trotzdem sehr angenehm, sogar mit zwei Stühlen und Tisch. Das Essen im Hotel ist reichhaltig und sehr schmackhaft. Tolle Terrassen mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge und auf die Stadt. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und kompetent. Wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr.

Hotel is situated in calm area, service is outstanding and everyone at hotel is available to help & make stay unforgettable. View is breathtaking, huge restaurent terrace and great swimming pool. the bathroom is clean and quality, beds were really confortable. room is large and confortable. We truly enjoyed our stay

Fantastic views from deluxe room and dining room. Arbanasi is a nice village located close to Veliko Tarnovo. We found good restaurants to eat in as the hotels menu was a bit uninteresting. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice only criticism was that they need mosquito nets on the door so it can be left open at night rather than using air conditioning. Swimming pool was great after a hot day's sight seeing.
