Llegué al Hotel y me dijeron que no tenía reservación, no tuvieron el más mínimo interés de resolver el problema

Staff was extra helpful & friendly! The lobby staff in particular were always helpful. The breakfast bar need a bit more replenishment. But overall it is a prime location to stay in.

Nice people, good offer of breakfast. Only shades need to be fixed, they do not close properly at light. Maybe putting a scratch type stickers could help.

It was a wonderful stay, felt like home with a very friendly staff. Had everything I needed. Near everything, had transportation when we needed it.

The room for two was a good size. Clean and every day our room was cleaned with clean towels. The bed it is very comfortable. The staff it was very nice, helpful even helping to organize our daily tours for the vineyard’s. The hotel is located right on the corner of the principal plaza and short walking distances to the restaurant and shops. Nice town with excellent climate. Near by restaurant was good but I recommend Casona Del Molino. Airport only half an hour away with taxi.

Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Clean and very comfortable! We and our family enjoyed our stay.

It was okay, there is an eco resort for about the same price with more amenities. Not truly worth it for the over price

I booked a Deluxe Suite only to be told it wasn’t available, which I think is very poor.

Excelente servicio y amabilidad de las personas, se preocuparon cuando el tour que tomaríamos no llegaban y hasta hablaron por teléfono para confirmar. Fue una gran elección.

Great hotel and super friendly staff. They were so good at accommodating us when we arrived earlier than expected, and helped us to book a really good wine tour. Good selection for breakfast and nice sized room. Would highlight recommend and a good location off the plaza.

Das hotel wurde umgebaut aber es sind immer noch die alten fotos online. Das cafe gibt es garnicht mehr. Frühstück könnte mehr sein um den preis.

Grande habitacion y limpia, pero por el precio su desayuno deja mucho que desear.

Excelente atención y dedicación para satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes. Muy amables la atención, El desayuno muy bien presentado. Lo único que me pareció es que me cobraran el estacionamiento. por lo demás excelente la comunicación por wifi es muy buena.
