Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a towel provided. Walkable from anywhere in town. The hotel was very quiet and as a solo traveller it felt more so in the evenings. The bathrooms could do with a revamp - the fuse switch is very close to the shower.

Hotel bem simples, mas muito agradável e muito bonito. Equipe muito acolhedora. Café da manhã bem servido. Sem dúvida uma boa opção!

tout dépend des chambres, la première nuit la literie n'était pas bonne pour notre dos et nous avons pu changer pour une chambre nettement mieux

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast and room's generally clean. The hotel's in a quieter part of the town although shower could at times less than hot.

The rooms and services are good. People with heavy luggage shall be aware as this hotel is uphill. You need to carry the heavy luggage up slope. You may prefer to book along beach or the main street to avoid many slopes.

All you need for a night or two in Copacabana! Heating on from 6-10, nice breakfast, hot shower and nice and helpful staff! The hotel it self is not new, but clean!

Bien mais pas de lessive possible, douche tiède avec très faible pression et petit dej en retard ( prendre en compte si vol ou bus ) sinon propre et déco sympa, bon petit dej

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, but spacious clean room. Hot shower with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was very filling, you get pancake, eggs, rolls, fruit, yoghurt and cereal. I didn't find it cold in the room the heating is on from 18:00-22:00 you get a quilt and plenty of blankets and pillows. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the white anchor and quiet at night. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable best I have experienced on my travels in Bolivia the pillows are usually like bricks. The breakfast was very good

La ubicacion del hotel no es del todo centrica; sin embargo, al ser Copacabana una ciudad muy pequeña, se accede a los sitios emblemáticos caminando una minima cantidad de minutos. El wifi es excelente y las amenidades y condiciones de la habitación son muy buenas.

Hotellet ligger på en kulle två kvarter från huvudgatan. Lugnt och tryggt men ändå närhet till restauranger och nattliv. Fin utsikt över Titicacasjön från andra våningen. (Fråga efter ett rum där.) Personalen var tillmötesgående och snälla. Frukosten var riktigt god och fräsch.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to bus and boat services. There was no elevators in the hotel however the staff was very helpful in lifting our suitcases up and down the three flights. Wifi was not great in the rooms so we sat in the common area downstairs to use it. There was a free shuttle service to the bus station when we left for La Paz. Not a bad hotel for a short stay.

For the price it's an excellent place to stay. Be warned though, the WiFi is next to useless. Breakfast was excellent.

Located just a few minutes walk from the port this hotel proved to be a fantastic find. Spacious, clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast and good Wi Fi. I had a double room with direct views onto the lake which was great. In the lobby you have free tea, fruit and sweets. Also the hotel let me have a late checkout without any problems. Very happy.

Nous avon fait escale ici avant d'aller sur l'Isla Del Sol. L'hôtel nous offre la vue sur le lac, et la proximité avec le "calavario" et son point de vue Dominant. Hôtel agréable avec son petit-déjeuner
