유료 주차자에서 도보 3분거리, 모짜르트광장 등 주요관광지 모두 도보로 이용하기에 부담이 없는 위치. 엘리베이터 있고 오후9시 이후 도착시 미리 전화해서 미리 키 준비해주셔서 체크인하는데 문제가 없었음.

호텔 입지 조건이 괜찮습니다. 체크인할때 여직원이 아주 친절해서 좋았습니다. 가족여행이라 싱글침대 5개인 방이여서 좋았는데 침대는 굉장히 작았습니다. 에어컨이 잘 작동되었고, 네스프레소 머신이 있었는데 커피도 충분히 제공되어서 좋았습니다. 그런데 침대에 진드기가 있었는지 동생 다리에 두드러기가 나서( 좀 심했음) 체크아웃할때 직원한테 말을 하니 , 괜찮냐 죄송하다는 말대신 약국위치를 알려 주더군요... 황당했습니다. 그리고 바퀴벌레 한 마리를 발견했습니다. 이 사항도 직원에게 말을 하니 아 그렇냐고 .... 다시 한번 황당했네요.... 체크 아웃할때 직원분... 교육이 필요할듯 싶습니다. 나름 4성급 호텔인데 실망스러웠습니다. 위치나 체크인시 여직원의 친절도 , 레스토랑 직원의 친절함, 전반적인 룸 컨디션은 좋았어요.

주변에 관광지가 가까워서 좋음. 방도 깨끗하고, 침대도 좋았음.

도시 자체가 좋아서 그런지, 만족스러운 여행이었음. 가격도 저렴하며, 객실 상태 및 모든 것이 만족스러운 호텔임.

The hotel was in the old town, close to Mozart's plaza. The staff were all nice and kind. They provided new towels and amenity in front of the door, when we post "Do Not Disturb" sign. Very considerate. The breakfast was good. Only problem was that the email notice did not arrive (when you drive your car, you need to have a special instruction to enter the old town. You need a passcode to enter) even though they said they did. Overall, it was nice place to stay.

Convenient location!

Everything is easily accessible by walking out getting a taxi I highly recommend staying here This was my sisters and my second year in a row.

We did not eat breakfast there. Staff were very nice and helpful. Very close and walking distance to sites and restaurants.

The location was wonderful, within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do. The hotel is in an historic building therefore it lacks some of the modern conveniences. It makes up for it though, in style and charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Salzburg and within the Alrstadhotel Weisse Taube.

The room was relatively clean with friendly staff. Well located and generous breakfast available.

The hotel itself was decent enough but is more of a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. Bathroom was a bit dirty, and the hotel and the room are just ok but felt like the photos weren’t true representation of the hotel itself. We did not at breakfast so can’t comment on that but the best part is the location.
