Place was very clean. Sign in was quick and friendly. Very comfortable. Relaxing and beautiful view of the lake.

Room was clean and recently renovated. Bed was comfy and towels were clean and fluffy!

Everything was good except for the shower curtain which wasn’t fresh and clean.

Older motel , nicely renovated simple rooms with 2 comfortable twin beds microwave and fridge , small table , tv . Shower tub Very well priced , quiet place.

Owners were courteous, helpful with extra stuff for rinsing off ATVS. Would stay there again, Motel Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Exactly what we needed, very quiet, clean, comfy

Great customer service. Quiet. Play equipment onsite which my children loved. Lots of benches to sit and watch the water. Room was a little musty smelling, but resolved once we used the dehumidifier option on the A/C. Disappointed the beach was not swimable ( weeds/not groomed/geese).

A little pricey for a property straight out of the 1950’s! Dated is an understatement but very friendly staff and very clean!

Convenient location to Mattawa. Great parking options for ATVs and trailers. Dated but very clean and super friendly staff. Kitchenette with separate bedroom great option for multiple family members in other units. Beds comfortable and very quiet area.

Check-in was good. Owner greeted me at the door and came by our unit later to make sure all was well. They didn't have ice so we went into town and as we were going to town anyway, got ice. Close to town - Mattawa. Pleasant view overlooking Earl Lake. Comfortable beds.

Property was quiet/clean. Staff went above and beyond even offered me dinner from her own kitchen ( which I accepted and it was delish) as there was no restaurant on site. Grounds were very nice,

For $125, there should be in room coffee. Remote for tv probably needs a battery. Sanitation truck outside our room spewing out fumes and noise for 3 hours.

The descriptions and photos of the place are deceptive. We saw the room and didn’t stay. The cabins weren’t too bad but I’d stay clear. The motel section of rooms is dismal. And we immediately asked for a refund and she said lied about the process, that it had to be done through Expedia. But Expedia said that wasn’t true
