The staff was excellent. Breakfast menu very good

Excellent view of Grand Falls check staff friendly and efficient. Wait staff excellent-friendly,helpful. Food was cooked perfectly. We had the fish platter special. Food was very reasonably priced. Room was very large. You could walk down and see the falls as it was so close. Be sure to ask for a room on the main level if you cannot lift your suitcase up a flight of stairs. Not a problem for us but thought I would give a heads ups for those who don’t wish to manage the stairs.

I have stayed at this motel a couple of times. The room this time (#21) was very dark. Small desk lamp and one sconce on the wall but did not give off enough light to read in bed. More lights needed! Coffee station were missing stir sticks. Tv should be mounted on wall to allow enough room on desk. Room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable. Highly recommended as I know all rooms not the same.

great location to the falls. Restaurent had good comfort food with view of falls. Room looked tired and outdated. Looks like there were doing reno's in the other building, which is needed

ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. PEOPLE WORKING AT CHECK IN AND RESTAURANT WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

We had a room with a balcony facing the river , we sat and relaxed and listened to the water pouring down the falls it was a wonderful experience. We walked down to the gorge about 10 minutes, easy to get there and see it in all its glory. Our room package came with free breakfast, it was delicious lots of choices and plenty of food. This is why we keep coming back

Loved the proximity to the falls and enjoyed both viewing the falls from our room and actually visiting the site. The restaurant for evening meals was closed, a little disappointing but the breakfast was awesome! Would stay there again!

The room was small but good enough for one night. They include a few extra amenities that you normally don't find at motels which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious.
