Terrible! I booked hotels.com early, but they sold my room! overbooking and kick us. we should be move 1 hr drive and gave up waterton national park tour. Don't believe your reservation in this hotel! they only said to me sorry? it was not simple problem to us.

Not one, but two fireplaces - with one in the bedroom - loved them both. Also a Nespresso machine in the room - they had decaffeinated pods so I was able to enjoy that each morning. There really is a difference with that coffee - George Clooney is right! The restaurant had a great menu and the chicken parmesan was a favourite! The staff, in particular, Rinaldo, went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. Travelling solo helps you meet the best people!! Loved the shower and the bed! Everything was clean. Lots of parking. A summer visit would let you walk out the patio door in the room and to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the sun. All in all, a great experience and glad I came in winter!

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable.

It was clean other than there was pepperoni and jerky left in the fridge. Was not happy there was nothin for or could get for breakfast. And the pillows way to thick and couldn’t shut off the patio light

Room layout was great, place was nice, clean and comfortable. Starting to show its age - people upstairs woke early and we could hear them walking around. For some reason, the room price changed from first to second. Booked thru expedia who only took first night. Hotel charged a bit more for second night. One nuisance, they use Nescafe espresso coffee makers which is kind of neat except if you like a real cup of coffee in the morning - 4 ounces just doesn't cut it.

Room was great, TV did not work, nor the wifi, tried connecting to Netflix & YouTube. Both didn’t work, We tried the restaurant & it was closed, Staff was alright, whoever checked us in sounded like a robot, an NPC following a script with no emotion,

The room was very nice and clean. Staff were pleasant and professional. We were very happy with this hotel.

Staff were good. Rooms were a bit dirty and the bed were very uncomfortable.

Room was clean and great! Very beautiful stay. Bed was quite hard but other than that no complaints at all.

Stayed in winter so breakfast wasn’t available not sure if the summer months they open for breakfast. The sofa bed in TV area is decent to watch TV but as it’s lumpy & leans forward. Not sure how comfortable it would be to sleep on.

Not much offered during winter season but a beautiful stay nonetheless.

The room was incredible. It was nice and spacious for a great price.

We had a comfortable stay here. The room was clean and modern, and we enjoyed the fireplace. Overall, we’ll consider staying here again for future visits to Waterton.
