Terrible! I booked hotels.com early, but they sold my room! overbooking and kick us. we should be move 1 hr drive and gave up waterton national park tour. Don't believe your reservation in this hotel! they only said to me sorry? it was not simple problem to us.

The gentleman at the front desk did not seem very happy to be doing his job. Was handed the key and told to have a good stay. Was told where our room was and where we could park only after having to ask thr clerk. After checking in and settling into our, I called the front desk asking for information on where to get ice. The same clerk said I could come to the restaurant to get some as the ice machine was broken. When I went to get ice I was only given enough ice for maybe two drinks. The clerk said the ice for the restaurant and was unable to give me more as I was not a paying customer of the restaurant. I told the clerk that was not fair or right. I should have been told at check in that if I needed ice that would be something the guest would need to go and buy. In the morning we phoned the front desk asking a noon check out. Was told by the same clerk "we need the room later." I wasnt asking for another full day, I was asking one extra hour. We were only given 30 additional minutes. Overall if there was a different clerk scheduled the experience would have been better.

The room was cute!! Separate area with a pull out bed/t.v Shower was new looking fridge and outdoor patio furniture to use; we sat outside and had a class of wine and watched the sheep graze!

Our overall stay was good. There was hairs in the shower and on the table when we got there and the couch was so bad you could barely sit on it. Beds were comfortable and the location was in a good location. The ac worked well.

Loved the rooms. Stayed in multiple over the period. Close proximity to Cameron Falls. Stayed in room 102 but noise from the room above was a worry. Other than that it was great.

The hotel was very nice and the area was quiet as we stayed during the shoulder season. The front desk staff was a very kind gentleman. We would’ve however appreciated the hotel’s ability to provide the guests with either a drinking water fountain or water bottles as opposed to directing us to drink tap water; however, this may just be a personal preference. The room itself was very beautiful and newly renovated. We were provided with new towels as requested and our room was tidied as we needed. They accommodated our request to acknowledge our anniversary with cute towel swans and bath salts to accompany our soaker tub in our romantic suite, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely come back!

Staff was fantastic! Called me to confirm where keys would be if I was showing up late. Unfortunately toilet wasn’t clean when I arrived and they had some hanging electrical outside in the walkway that looked pretty rough. Restaurant was closed for early season as well so just not a ton of amenities. Beautiful spot overall and would come back 100%

It was a great stay. Fireplaces in the living room and bedroom kept us warm at night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice dated room, TV proves the room's age. Stayed in a loft, very nice lay out, something great for families or that special someone.

Town was closed. I like it that way

Lots of things to do, even outside of season. Walks, beautiful stops on the way. Good restaurants still open. And I loved not having a crowd around me all the time. And here asking for something or remarking on something is a good thing. 😄

Large, lovely room with a stand-alone tub and a fireplace. Area is walkable, with lots of wildlife. The falls and walking trails are nearby (but ticks were already out in late March). There's a restaurant on site, however I opted to eat at the more laid-back pub at Kilmorey.

Rooms were great and spacious we would definitely return!

Beautiful clean room but the noise between units was horrible. Hear people walking around and dragging furniture above us until 10:30 pm, and again 5:30 am. Also heard dripping tap all night. Definitely wouldn’t recommend main floor suites! Had a horrible sleep.

Room was very clean. Gentleman running the front desk was extremely friendly. When my lady and I forgot a charging port for our phone, he had one that we could use and saved us quite the headache. Will stay again in the summer.

Gorgeous room

Not one, but two fireplaces - with one in the bedroom - loved them both. Also a Nespresso machine in the room - they had decaffeinated pods so I was able to enjoy that each morning. There really is a difference with that coffee - George Clooney is right! The restaurant had a great menu and the chicken parmesan was a favourite! The staff, in particular, Rinaldo, went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. Travelling solo helps you meet the best people!! Loved the shower and the bed! Everything was clean. Lots of parking. A summer visit would let you walk out the patio door in the room and to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the sun. All in all, a great experience and glad I came in winter!
