The room was dated but adequate for a one night stay. The air conditioner was noisy, and there was nowhere to put toiletry items in the bathroom.

We had 3 people in our room and only 2 bath towels. I went and asked for another and was told it would be brought to our room. It never came. I went back to the desk but it was closed. The room was decent for the price but will think twice before staying there again.

I'm thinking the folks that are working do the best with what they have. This is an old property that really needs to go the way of the DoDo. Expedia needs to exit this property.

Stayed only for a few hours because of an early flight. The rooms are dated. Our A/C vent was not attached. We would probably not stay again.

Girl at reception was lovely and very helpful, but the hotel itself is terrible. Outdated and overpriced and in desperate need of refurbishment. The bed was horrendous, huge dent in the middle. You hear absolutely everything from other guests whether they are outside or in adjacent room - it’s like they are in the room with you.

Although safe behind a locked check-in office door, when I wa slept in ,the man was helpful and cheerful. I ordered a taxi for the next morning and he even called later that night to confirm. It never showed up. Not his fault but a downer ending to my stay.

Pros: Staff were attentive and kind, the motel was clean, has a decent laundry facility and daily housekeeping. the cntral location in downtown was also nicr. Cons: The motel itself is in poor condition and not sound insulated between rooms. We were kept awake most nights by other residents just going about their business - we could hear conversations in adjacent rooms. One night featured a prolonged drunken scream fest that went on for hours. Our room also had a very loud, prolonged water hammer noise every time someone in the building used a faucet. Had there been another hotel available, we’d have been in it.
