전체 평가 및 리뷰 Motel au Fleuve d'Argent

Received a call asking if we were arriving soon, ask staff why called wanted to leave at 8:00 , we arrived around 7:15-7:30, (online information was front desk open until 9:00) We received the wrong room, book a one bed and received a double bed, and couldn’t understand the staff correctly Room are clean and nice view from the room

Propre et le check-in était facile.

C’est très ordinaire, mal équipé, une seule fourchette, une seule clé. Les portes se verrouillent toutes seules. Un seul fauteuil, chaises bancales, pas de balai. Un voisin s’est embarré à l’extérieur et personne n’a répondu à ses appels même au supposé numéro d’urgence. Ce qui fonctionne bien, la télé et le réseau wifi. La personne qui était à la réception le jour de notre départ était très efficace. Ils ont un beau grand terrain avec bancs, balançoires et gloriette et les chiens sont acceptés ( frais) mais n’ont pas le droit de monter sur les lits ou fauteuil et doivent être gardés en laisse à l'extérieur, ce qui est normal. Tellement déçu de notre séjour, nous y avions été par le passé et c’était autrement plus agréable, mais là c’est décidé nous n’y retournerons plus.

Tres propre et surtout tres reposant. La direction et le personnel très intentionnée.. Disponible à nous aider en tout temps. Je le recommande à tous les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus. En respectant l'environnement bien entendu

The staff was delightful and the unit was extremely tidy. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the river.

This hotel has small cottages and some motel rooms. The motel rooms are more updated. I had reserved a motel room. She hands me two keys and mentions I have small cottage with double size bed. I mention that I ordered a motel room with queen bed. She says impossible at that price. I did not reserve through the motel. She tells me they have no more motel rooms…. I am very disappointed and insist on having a queen bed. She changes my key number. The cottage was clean but they need a lot of renovations. I won’t go back there again.
