Apparently undergoing renovations, but certainly not before they were needed!! Very very dated and worn

Beaucoup de stress. À l’arrivée, l’endroit semble en faillite. Cadenas aux portes, porte de la réception barrée, un seul véhicule dans le stationnement. L’état des lieux semble avoir été abandonné. Je téléphone au numéro sur ma réservation, une personne me dit qu’il sera là dans 5 minutes. Nous sommes pourtant sur place aux heures indiquées et dans les heures d’ouverture affichées (4:00). La personne arrive, le Check-in a pris au moins 20 minutes, malgré que j’avais complété le pré-enregistrement demandé sur internet. L’établissement prend un dépôt de 200$ sur la carte de crédit. À ce jour, soit 4 jours après, je tente toujours de faire compléter ma transaction. La chambre n’est toujours pas chargée et le dépôt affiché. Beaucoup de stress. On a quand même bien dormi. Les lits étaient propres. Les chambres ont besoin de soins mais ça on s’y attendait puisque déjà mentionné pas plusieurs.

I was looking for a budget friendly accommodation in the area for a single night and this fit the bill. The room was clean, there was a lot of choices of restaurants in the area and the staff was super friendly. Some updates to the property and room are needed but the motel operators are aware of this and it is reflected in the price. If you are looking for a middle to upper end accommodation for a few days, this is not for you. But if you were like me looking for a clean, comfortable and inexpensive place to sleep for a night or two while in the area, this property works.

The owner of the company is super nice and friendly…the motel is dated and old however it’s about to go through renovation…the water system is on well water so u should bring bottle water..the bathroom is really old and stain but the motel room was clean and the bed super comfortable I had a really good sleep the location is really good with lots of restaurants near by and close to downtown Ottawa overall it’s ok hotel if you look for place to sleep for a night or two

The owner was very courteous and kind . It is an older motel so we did not expect a new room. The price was very good, so you need to understand that you are getting good value. Room was very clean.

NO GLASS OR PLASTIC CUP IN WASHROOM NO SOAP IN SHOWER. A HAIR DRYER WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL LITTLE OR NO WATER PRESSURE IN BATHROOM/SHOWER LITTLE OR NO INCENTIVE TO STAY AGAIN

Location was great. Room was clean. Old property,floor makes sound while walking.Microwave was smelly. Okay to spend one night.

Very dated hotel. It needs to be renovated. Office is only open from 3:00-10:00pm Restaurant is closed but there are restaurants near by.

The property does not have a restaurant as depicted in the description. Hair dryers are not supplied and amenities such as coffee makers are not in the rooms, but can be requested upon check-in. I found the bed to be comfortable and the gentleman who checked me in was pleasant and friendly.

I stayed for a night and I felt like it was auditioning for a “before” scene in a cleaning commercial. The bathtub looked like it had seen things… none of them involving soap anytime recently, and the water pressure was so weak it could barely rinse off a thought. To top it off, the front desk clerk greeted me with what I can only describe as a full-on “lip corner science experiment” going on, which made maintaining eye contact a bit of a challenge. Safe to say, not exactly the warm welcome I was hoping for.

Clean room, privacy, had a free upgrade which was appreciated, no insects, comfortable sheets, great price, friendly staff

Alex the front desk is very accommodating. It’s just that our door screw was broken. And bathroom tub need major repairs or renovation. But it’s quite otherwise.
