Comfortable beds. Super great service. It's a perfect budget motel

The staff was very friendly. The one thing was a package of Kirkland popcorn that was on top of the microwave was nice and different, never got that treat in other motels I’ve stayed at. My room was clean but very outdated. Overall it was good for the one night I stayed.

Private. Quiet. Nice fellow at the front desk. Just what I needed to break up my trip and not break the bank. Close to a good morning Diner.

The room was good for the price. Lived the little fireplace heater they had for us in the room when it got cold.

Warm. Clean room. Small coffee maker. (Fresh condimenrs for coffee would have been appreciated ) Free popcorn was a really nice touch! Basic room for Basic needs. Fridge. Microwave. Room was very clean. Extra towels and blanket provided as requested (upon check in) Was not informed at time of booking of the $40!? Upcharge to use the jet/jacuzzi tub in the room. Was disappointed to learn this after check in and discovery of the tub in the room... Friendly and accomodating staff/owners.

Everything was good, no problems with the stay.

Great little unpretentious place to stay. Clean, comfortable bed, A/C a little noisy but worked well in super heat. Convenient for downtown Orillia, and quiet neighbourhood.

There was a misunderstanding right off the bat! I thought I paid on line but was told I had to pay upon arrival…. The room had a bad odour… the bathroom baseboards were very dirty… the towels were gray…. There was cobwebs all over…. Including the lamp beside the bed….. y

The check in was easy the proprietor was super friendly. A good value room. Was clean, basic but that's what I wanted.

the room was a good size and clean..the outlets didnt really allow for us to plug in as they werent tight enough to hold the plug..one of the beds sagged on one side..checkin was very good and fast..the area was good so we would prbably stay here again..everything else was good

It met all my needs

Last minute booking and got it based on a low price. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room amenities are basic. The negatives are the heating and air conditioning the on/off button was non-existent and touchy. The light from outside is a little bright so the curtains could be thicker. The bathtub had a whirlpool tub but I couldn’t use it because the plug didn’t really stop the water and the faucet only turned a quarter way to the right increasing the flow of the cold water; cold water only. So hard to give it a great review when you can not take even a warm shower let alone a hot bath. Which is too bad because the night attendant was REALLY friendly.

The room was clean and quiet. Dated but workable. Good if you need a sleepover whole travelling.

It was terrible, no water pressure, jacuzzi didnt work. Had to wait forever to get hot water bathtub tap was backwards!!. Room smelt of mold and mildew, however the bed was comfortable. I would not recommend to family or friends.
