Worst hotel ever!!!! The stuff is incredible rude and misinform us there is breakfast and turn out not. We complained about this and the stuff just started kicking the balls.

Mon foyer qui était hors service en période estivale s'est mis à fonctionner à 4h AM. Ça m'a inquiété donc j'ai appelé la réception et ils m'ont dit que ce n'était pas dangereux en me mentionnant qu'il était supposé être hors service (à réparer)... Il y avait un trou au plafond bouché par une débarbouillette. Le bain douche avec jets était vieux et faisait un bruit à tous les 2 mins en étant fermé. Sinon le reste était bien. J'y retournerais, mais dans une autre chambre, pas celle-ci.

We are loving our stays at Espace 4 Saisons. Love this hotel, people were so nice. Gorgeous rooms. Bistro is superb as well.

Super hotel, très belle chambre.

Had our stay not coincided with a high school grad formal (the hotel should have notified us, and others, at the time of our booking), we would likely have had a decent sleep. The room was very nice, clean and well equipped. We didn’t take advantage of all amenities, but the heated indoor/outdoor pool was especially nice on a chilly Spring day. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, when needed, but not overly friendly at checkout where It was business only. No “How was your stay?” as we usually get asked when checking out of a hotel. Perhaps it was just a language barrier. The attached Burger Bistro was excellent - both the food and the service.

Le matériel de la salle de jeu gagnerait à être légèrement entretenu. Une option à la carte pour le déjeuner serait aussi appréciée. Sinon, très heureux de notre séjour!

Lieu magnifique dans une région chaleureuse! La chambre est très bien décorée et y offre tout ce dont nous aurions besoin (frigo, poêle, micro-ondes, grille-pain, ustensiles, même laveuse-sécheuse). La piscine intérieure-extérieure est vraiment agréable, de même que le jaccuzi. Le service de massothérapie est génial, en regroupant des professionnels sympathiques, attentifs et très doués. Immense salle d'entraînement vitrée avec belle vue. Je recommande fortement! (et faites un arrêt à la maison du bagel, offrant des produits locauaux délicieux et un accueil chaleureux par du personnel dévoués!

Five minute drive to Spa Nordic Station and five minute drive to Mt Ordway Skiing, Perfect weekend right there.

The room was very clean and quite spacious, equipped with a very neat bathtub with a jacuzzi option. The staff were nice and respectful, nothing much to say there. Otherwise the amenities in the facility were incredible, from the clean outdoor jacuzzi to the pool table in the lounge.

Staff were very nice. The pool and game room were great. Property was clean. Parking was free and plentiful. Close too the mountain, and only a 10 minute drive to Magog. The room was very spacious, had what you need for a few night stay and the bed was very comfortable. The romance suite had a large jetted tub in the room which was nice. My only minor complaints would be the room didn't seem too be vacuumed properly, still had some dust on the floors when we checked in.The second issue was the ladybugs. I get that it's the country but I must have thrown out around 50 from the room and they just kept showing up even the morning of checkout. Not a huge issue but should be looked into none the less. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a couples getaway.

The rooms were ok, yet looked somewhat old and dated. The room bathroom didn’t have locks on the door and/or it was broken (it was the same for other guests rooms, as we travelled with another family). The duvet comforter on the main bed had no cover, but only a sheet over it (which didn’t always stay in place). The murphy bed didn’t have a duvet/comforter on it and there was not one for it in the room, so we had to ask the front desk for one, which one was brought (yet it also had no cover). The hot tub was not that warm, and with it being the winter and it being located outside, it wasn’t very enjoyable. The pool was very small and often packed with guests. The game room had a very strong perfumed cleaning product smell, which made it overwhelming to stay in the room long. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful, yet the staff in the restaurant were a bit rude. Not sure if they were overwhelmed by the amount of guests, yet it could have been handled better. Also, for the cost of the hotel stay, it would have been nice if the rooms came with complimentary breakfast (the buffet breakfast was a bit expensive and didn’t include that much variety). Overall, not a hotel I would stay at again, but to each his own.

Tout était parfait : petite piscine sans chlore à l'intérieur, spa très chaud, le pub superbe, une belle ambiance de pub irlandais avec une excellente bouffe à la française. Belle découverte, je recommande et reviendrai.
