Bathroom could use a remodel. Other than that all good.

Chambre propre, très bien adaptée pour un couple avec jeune enfant! Voisins du haut bruyant.

Location was perfect and super clean. It was very easy to get hold of people and everyone was very friendly. Very quiet. Will stay again next time.

It was a perfect location for us! The property felt like an old school boarding house with laundry, a kitchen area (microwave & toaster oven), cozy entryway, and the ice and filtered water machines were fantastic! The onsite parking was tight (spots 9 and 10) so I'd ask not to be assigned there; and we couldn't figure out how to turn the a/c up higher so the room was a bit stuffy (pretty humid weather when we were there) but not unbearable. The staff were SUPER nice and helpful so A+ on customer service. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning.

Great Location. Not having a staff member onsite is interesting as is the all-electronic access. The staff was most responsive though remote. We are in our 70’s and in good shape but dragging luggage and ourselves up 33 stairs to our room was a burden. At least a disclosure that there is no elevator would be good.

Emplacement tres pratique proche des restaurants et du centre historique

The room was extremely small. Cannot even walk properly. The shower stall was super tiny. They charged us more than quotes by Hotels.com and I am following up since 10 days for the receipt breakup and they are just not sending it. I had pay at property so they are obliged to give me the receipt.

Clean , walkable , easy access at checkin , close to everything

Nice room. clean bathroom. only issue is there’s beeping sound we don’t know where it’s coming from

Super bon séjour en couple! À envrion 20 minutes à pied du Vieux Québec et de divers restaurant. Chambre propre. Arrivée autonome et simple. Personnel répond vite aux messages. Je recommande fortement!

Nous avons vraiment détesté le système de clef virtuel pour la chambre et ce sera notre dernière réservation après plusieurs séjours. Les services se dégradent trop pour nous.

There are new owners, new processes & plenty of chaos & confusion about reservations, check in, securing your keys, obtaining breakfast vouchers. Even getting basic towels in your room is a monumental task. I have been a customer for more than 20 years. This time I hosted international guests after bragging about this property. How embarrassing & disappointing. When I asked to speak with the new owners to share my feedback privately, it was a request ignored. Not going back!

I was there for a girls trip, parking is limited, room was clean, were left with less than half a roll of toilet paper and promised another roll would be delivered the next day, it never arrived we ended up using kleenex. The mobile key can't be shared with others in the room and expired 3 hours prior to scheduled check-out. There are no instructions for the coffee machine. The doorstop in the room is a danger, my friend stubbed it and cut her foot, another solution should be used.

That’s an excellent quality stay for us at such a reasonable price.

For the short time I was there, pretty awesome place, I could've ventured further going down the road,lots to see A+...
