The host was very kind and accommodating to our needs. Beautiful property in a beautiful high end neighborhood. There were no surprise charges either which makes a great difference.

Great place to stay

I’m just trying to put into words how beautiful my room was and how comfortable the bed was. I came in late and everyone was sleeping so I didn’t quite get a greeting, but it was still very comfortable and I I felt safe and pampered. I will stay here again if I visit Vancouver in the future.

David was a great host. Breakfast was DIY but many options were available.

David was a wonderful host! Bed was super comfy as well.

David and Jackie were proficient and professional. When we arrived, we didn't know if we were in the right place as the front could have looked a bit cleaner or more inviting.

とても良い施設でしたが一人なのに二人部屋予約してしまい、値段がかなり高かったです。また空港近くなので飛行機の音が夜中までうるさく、窓を開けていられないくらいでした。もう一つエキスぺディアでは正しい住所だったのに携帯ではなぜか同じ住宅地の別の住所が表示されて当初チェックインにかなり手間取りました。

Good communication with hosts. Orher guests were very friendly and quiet. Homeowners were on-site if we had any questions.

David the host was great the area was walkable with trails and in a good neighborhood.

We were just here for the night. The host did accommodate our late night arrival. The place was very clean and everything worked. The breakfast was very disappointing. Bed and Breakfast should mean something. Bed: YES Breakfast: NO

David provided great service. Quiet relaxing environment, I slept great and the enjoyed free continental breakfast. Short drive to the airport.

Lovely house, great location. Undergoing some renovations when we stayed and couldn't open the windows but otgerwise nice place

Host was kind, welcoming, responsive. We were there 12 hours about, just in and out. Needed a soft bed to sleep in and it was perfect for that. No complaints. It isn’t a bed and breakfast like you might think where something is cooking for you in the morning, but that was just fine for our packed schedule!

We loved how David welcomed us and made the visit very comfortable and welcoming.

The owner/host David met us upon arrival and helped us feel right at home.

The house is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The host was very courteous and helpful. He waited outside to receive me and show my room at late night arrival at 1:30AM . Highly recommend.

Overall: I’m afraid that this is a little overprice given the quality of the property. Good points: The guest room was clean. The services provided by staff were very nice. Negative points: The quality of the overall property is very different from the photos. The entire space of the property outside the guest room smells bad.
