Room maintenance is not good

전체적으로는 7.5 화장실에 긴 머리카락이 있었고, 2박을 했는데 조식 시간이 8시부터라 이틀동안 우유 한잔만 마셨음. 8시 30분에 출발해서 매우 불편함. 전망은 산을 볼 수 있고 채광도 좋았음. 1박하고 일찍 오후 5시경에 왔는데 매니저가 외출하고 없어서 못 들어감. 열쇠로 문을 열어야 되어서 불편함.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. Outside seating was dirty and not inviting to sit on. Location was good.

Great place to stay. Would recommend them for sure

Quaint old house atmosphere

Front desk not at front door, must ring outside bell and limited check in times. Carpets need cleaning, stains, mud in hall. Clean room and nice individual breakfast in bright dining room but only one person available to both take orders and cook for all guests.

Our room was clean and updated. Great breakfast and employees very helpful and respectful. Would stay again

When we got to the room it was a MESS! No one had bothered to clean the room at all. We turned around and tossed the keys back on the counter. The next room was clean....that is until we found some small blood stains on the towels in the bathhroom. Wifi....every room gets it's own wifi. Hope you like scrolling to find it. Breakfast was included and quite a joke. I have had better breakfasts included at a 1/3 the price of this location. An actual selection. There was no one at the desk when we wanted to check out. How convienent there was no one to voice our complaints to. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Our next trip to the Radium Hot Springs we will be avoiding this place.

Don’t waste your time staying here. Hallway carpets and stairways were very dirty. Outside grounds were in need of a lawn mower and weeding. Went down in the morning for a coffee and poured a quarter cup of grounds in my cup. Packed up and did not stay for breakfast so cannot rate the food to be fair. Room was average and floors were in need of a cleaning. The ratings online are from the previous owners and not current.

I am writing this So that no other traveler should have same TERERBLE experience like we had. THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL that we ever stayed. We paid $ 375 dollars for two. Nights. This hotel looks like almost like grand B& B look outside and they have high grading from travelers. I really can’t understand how they obtained that. We stayed for 2nights & this is what we experienced. No hot shower & shower handle was very stiff I reported this to the staff. No rèponse,, no fix. I couldn’t take shower for two days. SO glad , Radium hot spring was near by. Bathroom sink was SO DISGUSTING too. AIR CONDITIONER was making so much noise. The control botton was almost crumble when I try to push. Finally I had to stop using it! BREAKFAST was so horrible too. It was UNBELIEVABLE!!! 😩😩😩 We used EXPEDIA many times. I wander whether consumer could trust your rading & Keepon on using it! IT SEEMS TOTAL wasting !!! MY OPINION IS This is one ⭐️HOTEL !!!

The room was clean and the house reminded me of my Grandma’s character home. The breakfast could have been a little varied but it was good.

The bed was comfortable. There were stains on the carpet though. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am. It was okay, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Breakfast was very poor. It was cold and had no flavour. Worst omelette we’ve ever had. We got the hash browns after we finished the rest of the meal. The room was very warm and we could not cool it down.

Service was only fair. Room was clean, but lacked toilet paper, lacked instructions for the TV usage, no coffee cups to go in the morning, no ice bucket. Interior carpets in the hallways needed cleaning. I wouldn't stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and willing to please. Breakfast was good but coffee ran out and no more was available. Basically no where to hang clothes in room. Overall a pleasant accomodation.

Quiet location, good basic breakfast, rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Close to downtown and restaurants

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, location was good. It’s an old property so amenities were not that great.
