올드타운에 중심지에 위치하고 있어 접근성이 아주 좋으며, 도보로 모든 명소 방문이 가능한 최적의 장소. 깨끗하고 넓으며 가성비가 아주 좋습니다. 건물도 아름다워서 지나가던 관광객들도 사진을 찍는 장소입니다. 단, 주말이나 늦은 시간 등에는 체크인과 체크아웃시 등 관리자를 만나기 어렵고 서비스 관련 연락이 쉽지 않은 점은 장점이자 단점입니다. 거의 무인호텔 수준이랄까. 난방은 중앙에서 조절하여 다소 추운 날은 저녁에 쌀쌀함이 느껴지고 방에거 콘트롤이 어렵습니다. 모든 시설 및 포트 커피머쉰 등 훌륭하나 슬리퍼는 제공이 안됩니다.

위치가 올드퀘벡 중심부라서 좋았어요. 샤또 프롱드낙이 올드퀘벡의 중심인데 그 옆에 옆에 집이었던 것 같아요. 돌아다니다 쉬고싶으면 바로 들어올수 잇고. 취사도구가 구비되어 있어서 좋았는데 인덕션이 호텔 설명에는 안 나와있었지만 서랍 안에 있었어요. 가까운데 식료품점이 있어요. 정육 코너가 없고 편의점 수준으로 매우 작아요. 엘리베이터가 있어요. 처음에 작동방법을 몰라서 헤맸어요. 엘리베이터가 도착할때까지 버튼을 계속 누르고 있어야 합니다. 해당 층수로 이동할때도 마찬가지에요. 도착할때까지 떼지말고 계속 누르고 있어야 합니다. 창문이 세로이고 매우 좁아요. 사진으로 볼때도 그런것 같아서 그나마 창문이 더있는 코너방을 선택했는데 그래도 방이 밝지는 않아요. 성수기라 4인 1박 요금이 세금과 수수료 포함 45만원 정도 나왔는데 그에 비해 만족도는 높지 않았어요. 위치는 좋지만 3층임에도 전망은 별로. 미리 알았다면 중심부가 아니더라도 뷰가 좋은 강 전망 호텔을 선택했을것 같아요.

Excellent room and location!

We were two adults for a three night stay. Our room was beautiful, squeaky clean and charmingly Quebecois. The location couldn't have been better and the parking garage next door made it very convenient as parking in this area is extremely challenging. The check in host does double duty as the coffee shop staff. Each of the ones we dealt with was pleasant and knowledgable. We would happily stay here again.

Very tidy and functional room with great character. Very quiet and comfortable in a great location. Really enjoyable stay.

Great location, nice and well appointed room and good communication

Fantastic location. Comfortable room with charm combined with modern amenities. I only wish they had a sit down breakfast. There was a cafe counter with limited choices. They did have a 15% discount for those in the hotel. My room had a kitchen and microwave as well as a coffeemaker which helped as old city Quebec restaurants are a bit expensive.

Excellent quaint hotel in a perfect location for tourists. Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

The only disappointment was the a/c wasn’t working! Luckily it was cool enough to leave the windows open but that bought noise from the road. The stay was great regardless.

Nice large room and good bedding. Very helpful communication and help at check in. Only negative was barn door on the bathroom that did not fit allowing no privacy and not great sound proofing from above. The decor in the room was great and the doors on the closet and entry were lovely.

The location is perfectly set in Old Quebec city. Do not let the unassuming exterior fool you. The rooms are magnificent. A cross between old stone walls and modern features make for a wonderful experience. We stayed in the very bottom floor, and loved it. Our room was huge. Everything was extremely clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The staff at the checkin desk are all bilingual. We felt the price for the level of accommodation and location, at the beginning of tourist season, was excellent. The only negatives were not enough hooks for towels and 1 ply toilet paper, which frankly are hardly worth noting.

Location, location, location! Right beside Chateau Frontenac so close to everything you want to see in Quebec City. Historical building - the rock walls are gorgeous. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Very spacious, amenities are basic - no streaming app on tv, toilet paper and facial tissue is very thin. Good a/c. Room is modern. Very close to a lot of touristy spots. The front receptionist are friendly and nice. They even booked taxi for us. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent location. Room is better than the pictures. Everything is just renovated. Room includes a complete and nice kitchenet.
