Filthy. Smelly. Slim breakfast offerings. Bird excrement on the windows. Garden was overgrown. TV did not work. Electricals looked unsafe.

Stated there was a hot tub but it has been closed since Covid with no sign of reopening

We enjoyed our stay. The room had all the usual amenities, with a generous breakfast bar. Chairs outside each room door was a nice bonus.

My 5th stay. Consistently excellent service, price, and location.

This Motel is showing its age, we stayed for 2 nights, our room was very humid and smelled musty, the door closer on the exterior hallway door was not working so everytime someone entered the door would slam. You have to leave your footwear in the lobby if you want to use the pool. We stayed here as it was our only option in Bancroft for these dates and will look harder next time.

Internet could of been better but on hold it was good

Family and pet friendly atmosphere. Clean room. Some minor maintenance needed, nothing major. Other guests were friendly.

It’s not the fanciest place ,but it was perfectly fine. Could use some updating. It was a place to sleep, while out exploring and visiting family. I would recommend it and I would go back myself next time I am in Bancroft.

We are talking here about a old style motel of the 1960 but well maintained repair maintenance done on a regular base...but aging also good staff helpfull, breakfast continental A1 ..remember only 2 motei in Bancroft limited choice for all the above I would recommend this place without hesitation

This place is quite dated. Bathrooms are small and visible mold in shower area and ceiling. Only reason staying here as there aren’t really other options

Good motel. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was adequate. Good all around for price

Very dated. When we arrived there was a hole in our bathroom door and a big chip in the tub. Our keys didn’t work for our door and the television had to be completely reset.

Unfortunately In its current state, I would not recommend or return. The rooms are in desperate need of an update.

The hotel room was clean but definitely dated and in need of upgrading. Staff were really nice and made us feel welcome. Continental breakfast was typical and coffee was good. Location is convenient and right in town.
