객실이 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절해요. 조식도 훌륭합니다. 주차공간이 협소하다하여 걱정했는데 차량이 많지 않아서 문제가 되지 않음.

방과 욕실 모두 정말 깨끗하고 아늑했어요 옛날 가정집을 본다면 이런 느낌이지 않을까합니다 입실 시에 간단한 편지와 웰컴 쿠키가 있어 감동받았어요ㅎㅎ!! 준비되어있는 수건도 많아서 편했습니다! 온수도 잘나오고 수압도 좋고 드라이기 세기도 강해서 사용하기에 좋았어요. 근처에 도보로 시내를 둘러볼 수 있어 접근성이 좋아요. 제공되는 슬리퍼는 없어서 준비해가시면 편할거에요. 방 온도 조절은 입구문 옆에 있고 온도 조절이 잘되어 따뜻하게 잘 잤습니다~ 체크인 도와주신 분들, 조식 제공해주신 분들도 정말 친절하셔서 숙박내내 기분이 좋았습니다! 정말 감사해요!

Wonderful breakfast served by friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Room is beautifully decorated, very functional and extremely comfortable. Parking is a little limited but we were able to park on the street.

Staff were to a person friendly, professional and very helpful. It is clear they take pride in their job as and are a strong team that communicates well. Restaurants and the Inner Harbour were in easy walking distance. Breakfasts were excellent and appreciated the daily weather forecast delivered with the menu.

The hotel is within 5 minutes’ walking of the downtown shopping area, yet it is quiet and seems secluded.

Abigail's is everything it is marketed as, very well managed, a beautiful Heritage property that does not compromise the hospitality experience to maintain an old world charm. Located in a very pedestrian friendly neighborhood within easy walking distance of the Victoria downtown core.

Excellent stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was exceptional, the breakfast and snacks were delicious. We would definitely come here again.

This was our 2nd trip back to stay at Abigail's and it was just as perfect as our first stay 2 yrs ago. We stayed in the main building on the 2nd floor with a "Princess and the Pea" bed...a 4 poster bed and it was beautiful! The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and I will fully admit that I'm very picky about bed and pillow comfort. The staff are amazing...kind, polite and professional. Breakfast could not be more delicious! The service in the dining room for breakfast is topnotch! Without a doubt, Abigail's is our "go-to" hotel when we stay in Victoria. The location is great...away from the noise of downtown but an easy walk to everything. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so wonderful.

Ended up on the top floor of the coach house, which had challenges in that we in our early 80’s and there wasn’t an elevator. Body wash was empty & bathroom fan is very noisy. Breakfast was varied and wonderful. A very special hotel in spite of the few issues

This was such a lovely experience. The hotel was sweet enough to upgrade our room for our anniversary as a surprise! The space was lovely and clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were all welcoming and kind. The breakfast selection they offer each morning was delicious! The location is great too. About 15-20 minutes of walking to get downtown and experience that. Having it be ages 16+ definitely added to our visit. It was very relaxing and everything we needed. We will be back!

The breakfast experience was absolutely phenomenal!!! It’s hard to point out what was exceptional because the whole experience at Abigail’s was top notch! Can’t wait to visit again!

Loved the buildings, room architecture and furnishings, reading room and breakfast. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is really charming - tucked away in a downtown neighborhood in Victoria and close walking distance to the Harbour. We loved our well-appointed room. Towels, pillows and bedsheets were fine quality. The bed is a bit pounded out on one side and could probably be replaced soon. We stayed in the Bessborough building in room B102 just above the dining room. One morning we were awakened by the sound of techno music with a loud bass/subwoofer. The following night we heard a television being played very loudly in a nearby room. And the following two mornings, we were awakened by the sound of doors constantly slamming shut starting very early in the morning (5:30-6:00) which was really unfortunate as we had hoped to get some rest from our previous nights of disrupted sleep. We would stay at hotel Abigail again in the Bess building as it’s the only one with an elevator, but we would insist on getting something on the top floor next time. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were all very nice.
