Excellent service and food. No hot water.

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and nice, the restaurant on the main floor was great for supper and our room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The food at the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast could be a bit better.

Excellent service! Food at restaurant in hotel was also very good! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Not a ton to see in the immediate local area, but fairly close to Schloss Laufen and the Rhein Falls. Cannot say enough about the excellent service!

Accueil très chaleureux. Repas de bonne qualité. La chambre est un peu petite, et la salle de bains minuscule. Bien que notre séjour se soit trés bien passé et que l'accueil ait été vraiment très agréable, cet hôtel ne peut être classé en 3 *. Il nous semble que 2* seraient plus justes.
