스위스에서 20일정도 머무르면서 다수의 호텔에서 묵었는데, 가장 편안한 침대와 욕조 그리고 사우나 자구치 등을 이용할수 있었다. 주말에 아침에만 구름이 없는 맑은 날씨였는데, 아침에 일어나 커튼을 열면 내 눈앞에 펼쳐진 마테호른의 장엄한 뷰를 내눈에 꼭 담고 갑니다. 정말 최고였습니다.

직원이 친절하고 위치도 좋습니다

숙소의 가장 큰장점은 마테호른이 보인다는것입니다. 우리룸은 반대편 전망이었지만 레스토랑과 스파에서원없이 전망을 즐겼습니다. 해도 잘들고 환기도 잘되어 룸은 만족스러웠으나 가격적인 측면이 좀 아쉽습니다

very good!!!!! if you want to relax in Zermatt, i really recommend this hotel! 친절한 호스트와 깨끗한 호텔은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 아침식사도 따듯한 계란 요리를 주문하면 되고요, 스파 랑 수영장등 부대시설에서 바라보는 뷰도 좋았습니다. 역과 5분이내 거리로 가깝고 고르너그랏, 수네가에 오르는 역과도 가깝네요. 방에서 바라보는 마테호른도 좋았습니다.

일단 직원들이 친절하고 위치가 편리하며 객실이 크지 않아도 아늑하고 청결하여 만족합니다

체르마트 역에서 도보로 10분 거리로 가깝습니다. 늦게 도착하였지만 좋은 방으로 배정해 주어서 마테호른이 호텔 베란다에서 바로 보이는 좋은 뷰의 방에서 묵었습니다. 아침식사도 매우 훌륭합니다.

Perfectly located in Zermatt’s center, incredible Matterhorn views from Pool, dining room, and garden; friendly staff, clean, incredible desk! Hope to return. Owner very outgoing with guests.

The service was good. The room was clean and the Matterhorn view was excellent. The hotel also offered us the shuttle between the train station. Overall quality was good.

This hotel was in an excellent location!! Very close to the Sunnega lift and the Green line bus that takes you from lift to lift. Breakfast included was convenient. Having the spa after a long day was very needed!

Super convenient location! Only a couple of minute walk from the train station and everything in town! It's an amazing town! It was cloudy/snowy during our stay, but for the 10 minutes the Matterhorn tried poking through the clouds, our view from our room was amazing! (Even without seeing the Matterhorn, it's a great view!) They have a free shuttle, which we used upon arrival, however, it doesn't run until 8am, so we had to walk to the train station (in the snow) when we left :/ The sauna didn't open until 3pm, which was a bummer for us, since we wanted to do that on our cloudy day, but that certainly didn't ruin our incredible time! Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Even loanded us outlet adapters so we could charge our phones! Oh, and the heated bathroom floors!!

Very satisfied with my 3 night stay at the Metropol in late September. I had a single room which was a good size and had nicely renovated bathroom and a view of the river (and the Matterhorn, if I popped my head out and looked to the right). Room was very functional (including mini espresso machine) and kept very clean by housekeeping. Great location - I easily walked everywhere I wanted to go. Fantastic breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful. SPA and pool area was icing on the cake. Will definately stay here again.

Staff were very warm and friendly, even gave me some cheese to take with me when I left! Generous breakfast. Best of all - an empty pool with a view of the Matterhorn, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna - all impeccably clean. Room very reasonably priced for a single traveller- first time I have had a single trundle bed so as not to waste room size-very practical. Everything I needed.

Hotel was exactly what we wanted. Fantastic views and superb service by all! Breakfast was delicious and very pleasant.

駅から近く設備は清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリーな上に、3階の窓からマッターホルンの眺めも最高でとてもお得感のあるホテルでした。 駅から川沿いの道を進むと10段以上の階段を荷物を担ぎあげねばなりません。スポーツ広場からの小道だとフラットに進めます。帰りは駅まで車で送ってもらえました。
