채르마트 역에서의 접근성 도보로 5분 이내로 접근성이 매우 뛰어납니다. 시내 중심가에 위치해 있어서 쇼핑이나 식당들도 쉽게 이용가능하며 치안상태도 매우 좋습니다. 직원들은 친절하며 적극적으로 고객을 응대하며, 룸상태도 깨끗하고 쾌적한 편입니다. 조식도 무난한 편으로, 다음에 체르마트에 다시 방문하게 된다면 유니크 호텔에서 또 묵을 것 같네요.

호텔이 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 직원들 또한 매우 친절하게 응대해주었습니다. 호텔 뷰가 24시간 마테호른이 보여서 아주 좋았습니다. 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고 싶네요

이틀간 머물렀습니다. 3시 CHECK IN인데 오전 11시쯤 가서 짐을 맡겨도 되냐 하니까 이미 방을 준비 해 놓았다면서 방을 주셨어요. 들어가자마자 생과일 오렌지 주스를 따라 주시면서 아주 친절하게 짐까지 다 방으로 옮겨주셨고 하나하나 어떻게 사용하는지 말씀해 주셨어요. 욕실도 무척 넓고 창가에서 마테호른이 보이는 점도 좋고 ㅋㅋㅋ 정말 깔끔하고 좋더라구요. 밤 늦게까지 클럽과 바가 열리고 그래서 그런지 지역주민 분들도 이 호텔로 모이더라구요. 새벽 늦게 까지 OPEN 합니다. (가장 늦게까지 하는 club은 오전 5시). 요일 별로 행사도 다르구요. 이 부분에서 좋을 수도 안 좋을 수도 있는데요. 사람들이 많이 모이다 보니 한잔하고 싶거나 놀고 싶으신 분들에겐 좋을 수 있으나 푹 쉬고 싶은 분들은 약간 시끄러울 수 도 있겠지요? 그래도 여행 내내 이 호텔이 가장 좋았다고 생각되어 집니다.

깔끔하고 친절한 호텔이었어요. 싱글룸에서 더블룸으로 업그레이드까지 받고 정말 좋았습니다. 체크아웃을 이른시간에 하여 조식 서비스를 못받게 되니 런치박스까지 준비해 주었습니다. 일찍 예약하여 저렴한 가격에 숙박하게 되어 체르마트에서의 하룻밤이 정말 행복했습니다. 데스크 직원도 물론 친절하셨구요~

역에서 내려 큰길로 5분정도 올라가면 정면에 POST가 보입니다. 호텔버스로 픽업 서비스 제공됨. 아침은 메뉴가 많지는 않지만 맛이 좋습니다. 어매니티도 훌륭함.

인테리어가 너무 좋고, 안에 카페테리어나, 레스토랑도 잘 되어있고 맛있고!!깨끗하고, 직원친절하고, 체르마트역에내려서 도보 5-7분?? 앞에 택시타면 눈깜짝하면 도착!! 별하나뺀거는 제가 묶었던 방의 뷰가 쫌 아쉬워서..ㅠ 바로앞에 가정집있고.. 이거빼고는 완벽함!!

별다섯은 넘많고...세개정도? 스위스호텔이그렇지만. 별다섯하기엔방이좁고 주변경관이 좋지안네요~~ 시내라는게 꼭잇점은 아니구요^^

Die Lage ist phänomenal

Great hotel with very cool rooms. Great balcony view of the Matterhorn

Room was unique like the name of the hotel. Hot tub/spa area was pretty nice. Had some trouble sleeping due to loud partiers at bars downstairs, and the church bell that goes off at 7:00am-ish in the morning. So be wary of that, as there is no air conditioning, and leaving the windows open to cool the room down is noisy.

Absolutely fabulous hotel both in atmosphere and location. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable on the local sites and restaurants. We hope to be able to come back one day.

Outstanding service. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable.

Fantastic service with the staff we were very happy with the room. Wished we would have brought our swimming suits to take advantage of the sauna and hot tub. The restaurant was good. Would stay here again and we weren’t even here to ski, charming town!

Trendy boutique hotel with great staff. Location is 5 min from the train station and they pick you up in an electric taxi. The staff was lovely. The spa was nice. However the hotel was very noisy at night with people smoking/chatting outside on the street late into the night. The noise carries Into the rooms so pack some earplugs.

We stayed at several different hotels throughout Switzerland and this one was our favorite!!! Cozy, clean, and in the middle of everything. It checks all the boxes for an amazing stay. If you like dancing, the bar/club located at the basement level of this establishment stays open till 4/5am and the bartenders are super friendly. For those worried about the noise level, I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear anything at all. Oh and don’t forget to bring swim shorts/attire to enjoy the spa. Enjoy

Incredible staff and amazing location.

It was an amazing stay! I highly recommend the Unique Hotel Post. Upon arrival we were greeted with prosecco and made to feel at home while checking in. Our rooms were comfortable and had breathtaking views of the village. Our location was exemplary, in the heart of Zermatt and near all shopping. I can't wait to visit again.
