Value for money. Because there is no A/C, it needs to open the window for all time. The facilities is quiet old, but okay to stay. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind.

Hotel seems to be for refugees. All Indian staff, cannot speak French and few German. My room gage to the road (I asked a quiet room while booking though). Very poor sound insulation and lots of noise from the road. Even on the 5th floor

Ein einfaches, aber sauberes Hotel, in der Nähe der sehr schönen Altstadt gut gelegen. Saubere Zimmer und ruhig.

Es ist eine sehr lange Geschichte mit diese auf Inhalt. Unglaublich schlechte Erfahrung… es gibt keine Rezeption. Niemand ist dort. Wir sind gegen 15:00 Uhr ins Hotel eingetroffen. Keine Empfang. Man man muss Hotel auf private Nummer telefonieren echt dann erscheint jemand zum einchecken. Der Doppelzimmer ist keine Standard wird. Es ist ziemlich sehr klein für zwei Personen einen Deckel ( No Go ) - Heizung war sehr heiss eingestellt. Man konnte nicht verstellen alle drei Zimmer. - das Bad ist eng Passt nur eine Person rein. Rote Lampen.. Eine Zimmer von uns wurde doppelt verkauft. Als wir gegen 21:00 Uhr zurück kam, lag eine Frau auf dem Bett. Und schleppt unsere Koffer irgendwo im Lobby. Ausser sie haben unsere private Gegenstände gesammelt und von Zimmer rausgenommen. Als wir zurück kamen, sind wir schockiert. Also so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Stellt euch vor, wenn eure Gegenstände wertvoller Sinn, es könnte jeden dann klauen.. und keine würde es garantieren. Wenn wir gewusst hätten, circa 20 Fr. mehr auszugeben nehmen dann ist eine vier Stein Hotel Nebenmann haben wir so ist das nicht erleben müssen.

Ein einfaches City-Hotel mit wenig Komfort, das aber für den Preis ganz okay ist. Im Haus gibt es ein indisches Restaurant.

Basic hotel with simple breakfast, 15 minute walk from the train station. No one was at reception when I arrived and I called the number indicated three times before someone arrived to give me keys. There was a carnival set up outside and construction or something happening early in the morning, so it wasn't the most peaceful stay but worked fine for a night.

Good value hotel in Biel. Breakfast included. They have a parking offer for 15.- per day close by, better than playing 2.20 per hour for public spots in the streets close to the hotel. Recommended.

Nice small hotel. Reasonable breakfast included in the room price. City parking across the hotel free from 8 pm to 7 am. Only issue was that it was kind of cold in the room, and the bed only had 1 sheet. After asking for a blanket to be warmer in bed, we got 2 extra sheets. Satisfactory but not exactly luxurious.

L’hôtel Dufour m’a impressionné par sa propreté. Tout était en place et le personnel très attentionné. Le petit déjeuner était aussi complet et bon comme on pourrait le souhaiter. L’emplacement est également idéal car se situant à 15 minutes à pieds de la gare de Bienne et non loin des restaurants et magasins du centre ville. Je le recommande à tous.
