Sehr sehr freundlich und familiär! Sauber und solide! Wir kommen gern zurück!

I stayed in this small family hotel almost every year since 2016 at the end of August or beginning of September. Good breakfast, spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam), very friendly and helpful owner. Also, when you stay during the summer, you will get a free cable car pass (+local buses in Saastal) in a form of an electronic pass. The area is very calm especially compared to Saas Fee and Zermatt. Having a car definitely helps if you want to have a dinner in one of those fancy restaurants in Saas Fee. The only downside is limited local options for restaurants - it’s either pizza or rösti. I would highly recommend this hotel for those interested in hiking / climbing / walking in the Saas valley

Accoglienza; ci sono state assegnate camere di livello superiore a quelle prenotate. Ci è stato proposto ad un costo irrisorio un pass per avere accesso ai mezzi pubblici e agli impianti di risalita della valle di Saas.

Accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner simple mais complet. Ambiance familiale. Hôtel calme et tranquille. Je le recommande

The hotel was nice, could use a bit updating. Beds was not that impressive. We booked at double bed but it was actually 2 single beds. The hotel personal was all very kind and helpful

No great luxury but absolutely fine for the category of hotel and for the price. Staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel hat 2 Teile, so wie es aussieht. Wir waren im alten Gebäude (nicht viele Bilder online), das Zimmer war okey, sehr hellhörig. Für diesen Preis haben wir nicht mehr erwartet. Die Heizung im Zimmer war lauwarm und es war etwas kalt im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und im Preis inkl. Super Lage, Piste befindet sich ca. 2Min. entfernt zu Fuss. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Im Grossen und Ganzen gut wer 2-3 Tage dort bleibt.

Bien placé. Chambre simple mais suffisante. Bon déjeuner. Installations SPA très appréciables. Personnel très sympathique.

Ich habe eine Unterkunft gehabt. Alles andere hat mir nicht gefallen. Schon im Eingangsbereich riecht es übel. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bad war so weit ok. Dusche und Warmwasser funktionierte. Leider machte der Heizkörper Plätschergeräusche, die ganze Nacht. Der Heizkörper im Zimmer war nur lauwarm und das zu Winterzeit wo draußen der Sturm fegte. Es war für mich zu kalt im Zimmer. Das Bett, bzw. die Matratze war eine Katastrophe! Ich spürte die Holzstreben darunter beim Schlafen. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert!

Hôtel très calme ,propre petit déjeuner très bien. Par contre certaines chambres vraiment vétustes. Un peu cher la nuit pour le standing.

Le calme, les patrons sont très sympathiques. L'hôtel est bien placé.

This hotel is not the more newest, but it has it’s charm and is still in good maintained. The place is clean and the owner did his best to serve us and make our staying as confortable as possible. Fancy rooms design that gives to your staying something special...
