모든 것이 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 이번 여행의 5개의 호텔 중에서 가장 최고였습니다. 다음에 체르마트에 또 방문한다면 다시 숙박하고 싶을 정도입니다.

방에서 마테호른이 보이는 호텔 직원분들도 친절하고 전체적으로 만족한 호텔입니다. 위치는 체르마트역에서 걸어서 8~10분 겨울에 눈이 오면 케리어를 가지고 호텔오는건 불편할수 있지만 역 앞에 택시도 많고 버스도 있다. 기분좋은 호텔이다.

정말 마음에 들었던 호텔이에요. 역에서 가깝지는 않지만,, 미리 연락하면 역에서 호텔까지 픽업 해주고 떠날 때도 역에 다시 데려다 주더라구요. 너무 편했어요. 주인 아주머니도 정말 편하게 대해주시고 애정이 느껴졌어요. 방은 매우 깔끔하고 아늑하고 좋았어요. 테라스에서 마테호른을 볼 수 있어 너무 좋았어요. 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있었어요. 작은 동네라서 걸어서 여기저기 다 다닐 수 있었구요. 체크아웃하면서 초콜릿과 엽서를 주는데 작은 정성에 기분이 좋았어요.

친절한 스탭, 최고 깨끗하고 고급진 시설, 그리고 마테호른 뷰... 어메니티 하나하나 디테일하게 신경쓴 흔적이 보인다. 여유로운 동네이기도해서 그냥 이 호텔에 지내는 그 자체가 힐링이다. 스위스는 어디든 깨끗하지만 제 방은 더 깨끗했습니다. 샬레인데도 시설은 최신, 넓고 이쁘고 아늑하고 정말 너무 좋아요. 호텔 사진을 찍어본건 처음이네요. 체르마트 역에서 거리가 조금 있지만 호텔에서 라이드도 주고, 근방 (도보 2분거리)에 작은 슈퍼도 있어요. 그리고 동네가 어차피 작아서 역까지도 도보 10분이면 갑니다. 개강추입니다. 전 체르마트가면 무조건 여기로 다시 올거에요.

교회근처라 찾기가 쉬웠고 역에서 생각보다 멀지 않았어요. 외관은 낡아보였으나 객실이 깨끗했고, 포근한 쇼파가 편안한 느낌을 주는 1층 로비와 아침식사하면서 바라보는 정원은 정말 아름다웠어요.

Everything was clean, looks newn well maintained rooms/ amenities!! Food was high quality but you should go at the breakfast because i don't think they refilled food after specific time or depending on how many guests are there..?

Absolutely stunning views! We could see Manhattan clearly from our room every single day. On one morning, the sunrise painted the top of the skyscrapers in a way that made them look like glowing candles—it was magical. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of hot dishes and fresh fruits. The staff were all friendly, and the shuttle service to the station was very smooth and reliable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location with a view of the Matterhorn from our balcony and conveniently located for shops and restaurants. Very nice room and breakfast with friendly and helpful staff - highly recommended.

Estadia simplesmente surreal, a equipe do hotel extremamente atenciosa e carinhosa, nos levaram a estação de trem de madrugada fora do horário do transfer e isso foi acima de qualquer experiência já vivida. O quarto era maravilhoso, com vista pra Mattethorn, limpo e tudo era reabastecido. Na recepção eles tinham o carinho de deixar doces e bolos, cafes e chás a disposição dos hóspedes, fora que foi o melhor café da manhã de hotel da minha vida, tinham muitas opções e tudo fresco e delicioso!

Breakfast was excellent

We had a beautiful stay and the team was incredible. The room was perfect for our family of 4, and centrally located to all the things we needed during our stay.

Easy access to everything that matters - short walk to free ski bus, great restaurants and the main retail area. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I rarely right such a positive review but don't know what I'd complain about.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Chesa Valese! The location couldn’t have been better — everything we wanted to see and do was just steps away, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a full day out. What really stood out was the hotel’s charm — it had that perfect blend of character and comfort that makes a place feel memorable rather than just a place to sleep. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located hotel with fantastic service.

Stayed for five nights. Top experience. Very nice and helpful staff and owners. Breakfast homemade and top quality. Close to shops and restaurants, but still a quiet street. Will definitely be back.
