객실은 넓었지만 매우 청결했고 매일 하우스키핑 후 잘 정돈된 침구와 방상태는 만족스러웠다. 1층에 있는 사우나가 인상적이었는데 수영장, 건식과 습식 사우나 자쿠지 등 스키 후 피로를 풀기에 적합했다. 로비에 있는 바에서 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었고 친절한 스텝들 덕분에 편안한 여행을 할 수 있었다.

4년전 방문 후 두번째방문 이었다. 일행들 모두 매우 만족해 했다. 우선 방마다 욕실이 있어 여러명이 사용하기 편리했고 주방엔 모든 주방도구가 갖춰져있어 매일 직접 저녁식사를 준비할 수 있었다. 거실에는 벽나로와 커다란 쇼파가 있어 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 장소 였다. Furi 곤도라와 5분정도의 거리에 있어 매일 아침 스키타러 가기에 최적의 장소 였다고 생각한다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 매일 아침 객실에 준비되는 아침식사는 매우 훌륭했다.

Our party of 9 three night stay in 2 Maxi Suite Panorama rooms was extraordinary. From our first contact with Nastasja through Expedia messaging, who was extremely responsive, arranged for pickup at the train station, early check in and a tour of the facility, absolutely made our arrival delightful. The hotel and rooms exceeded our expectations with spacious 3 bedroom suites with 3 bathrooms, a large living room, full kitchen, and beautiful views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Top this off with the friendliest staff we encountered in Switzerland, a first class spa with steam rooms and saunas, a large pool area plus a delicious made to order breakfast brought to your room at the time you desire, made this a truly memorable vacation!! We highly recommend booking your stay at the Hotel Firefly as you will absolutely love every minute of your stay!! Thank you for the memories Hotel Firefly!!

Love the property. Zermatt is so cute. They transported us to and from the train. Matterhorn views were amazing.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - we rented the suite that has three bedrooms and it was so perfect and well stocked for our group. We had a cozy living room with a fireplace so we could all hang out after a long day of exploring. The views were excellent, great location & walkable to everything. It was very hot in the bedrooms - doesn’t seem like the AC really worked (in any of the places we stayed in Switzerland) so maybe adding fans in the room would be helpful. Had some laundry done and it was outrageously expensive. The other thing only thing I didn’t love was the clear glass shower stall, which offers Little privacy, but besides that it was close to perfect. Bar, hot tub, pool etc all beautiful. Would 10000% recommend and would stay again!

Hotel Firefly was one of the most perfect hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in, truly! Upon arrival the front desk walked us around the property showing us the complimentary spa area which we used each day to warm up in the evenings. Our bags were in our room when we arrived and the room even had a small kitchen so we could make a couple meals which was nice since we were almost two weeks into our vacation upon arrival. The breakfast being served in your room was amazing as well to let you feel like you were home. The location is fantastic and the room was clean and well prepared. Will never stay anywhere else in Zermatt when we return!
