what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.

Nothing fancy, but for a budget motel, it was quite good. We stayed there once several years ago, and I think it’s in better condition now. Brighter lights, very clean and well kept. If you just need a place to sleep while enjoying Stratford, this isn’t a bad choice.

We showed up to a busted dirty room with stains on the sheets- hair in the bed un cleaned bathroom floor,and a room that smelt like a smoking room covered by the smell of cleaning products. I stayed in room 25, we booked based on the other good reviews but that was not the experience we had. When we brought this to the attention of the owners they proceeded to call us liars - there are many reasonable motels in Stratford this is not one of them

Quiet, clean, spacious. Perfect for an overnight stay near the venue where we were attending a party.

A basic, clean with a/c, comfortable motel room with refrigerator and microwave too. Definitely did the trick for a decent one night stay, at the price we paid.

Great bang for your buck. The rooms were a decent size, beds were comfortable, quiet and it was clean and fully equipped with towels, toiletries etc.

It is obviously a dated properly. Staff were great and keep it very clean. Rooms have that musty older smell when you show up. 2 of 3 lights didnt work. Maybe some pinesol and get the lights working. No big complaints. Was good for a nights sleep

Very clean and quiet. The beds were comfy, but the pillows were too big (I like mine flatter).
