저렴한 가격을 보고 선택한 숙소였는데 만족스러웠습니다. 역이 코앞에 있고 체르마트까지는 기차로 30분 정도 걸려요. 객실은 깨끗하고 세련된 느낌입니다. 조식은 간단하지만 있을 건 다 있어요. 직원들이 정말 친절합니다. 추천하는 숙소입니다.

Das personenlose Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Das angerufene Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Saubere Unterkunft, top Modern, gutes Frühstück. Mitten im Dorf gelegen, total ruhig in der Nacht.

自動チェックインが初めてだったため、入室迄に戸惑いがありましたが、室内は清潔に保たれていて良かったです。 また、朝の朝食も朝7時ちょうどに開始され、職員さんのおかげもあり美味しくかつ円滑にいただくことができました。 次回周辺を訪れる時がありましたらまた利用したいです。

Die Zimmer schön gemacht und sauber etwas klein, aber zum schlafen reicht es. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Auswahl war Standart. Das Rührei war nur noch lauwarm, schade.

The church bells ringing every 15 minutes all through the night made it hard to sleep.

I would like to rate this property higher, but the check-in process and lack of any on-site staff made this stay much more stressful than I would like. You have to receive an email prior to arrival that you confirm your room and make payment and then they send a code to access your key to get to your room, and we rented three rooms but only got two emails (codes) which interstingly came 4 days apart even though all 3 rooms were rented at the same time. I tried emailing to get a 3rd email but didn't get any response, and trying to call the 2 phone numbers posted on-site to no avail (one would not connect and the other was just sent to Voicemail). We got very lucky and guessed the right code to access our 3rd room key. But then I wondered if the code was so simple to guess how hard would it be for someone else to access those keys as well??? Once we got into the rooms the stay was very good. Nice comfortable rooms - Good breakfast. Interestingly we got charged for the 3rd room at Breakfast after we stayed for the first night by the person who set-up the breakfast. That was the only time we saw on-site staff was during breakfast. I would strongly recommend that this hotel improve the check-in process and have an on-site staff person available at least during check-in hours so that the customers aren't as stressed as we were.

Difficulté avec self Check-in, pas d’employé sur place et ce n’était pas notre langue.

Modernes sauberes Hotel im Zentrum von St Niklas. Gutes Frühstück inklusive. Wir konnten kostenlos Parken, allerdings gibt es nicht viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.

Das Self-Checkin zu später Stunde hat super geklappt. Wir waren ascheinend die einzigen Gäste und haben am Morgen dennoch ein riesen Frühstück erhalten. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.
