장점: 객실 및 식당 청결도, 관리상태, 직원들의 서비스가 훌륭함. 조식이 종류도 다양하고 아주 맛있었음. 단점: 역에서 접근성이 다소 떨어짐. 저녁 8시 이후 도착하니 직원이 모두 퇴근하고 없어서 당혹스러웠음. 룸이 다소 작음.

일박에 25만원주고 마테호른보이는 객실 이틀 머물렀는데 가격대비 별로였어요. 유럽에 있는 호텔은 비싼곳 말고 그냥 싸고 깨끗한곳이 최고인것 같아요. 마테호른 보이는건 좋았는데 날씨 조금이라도 안좋으면 아예 안보입니다.. 조식은 그나마 유럽에 다른 호텔들 보다는 괜찮아요..

room was small but we can see the mountain and room has a small balcony outside with chairs..was good. room was clean but quite small as like other hotels in that region and shower booth door doesn't closed correctly...all others are acceptable. Breakfast was good, peoples are nice ans warm. Hotel has electric car (only electric cars are operating on the road in here) and we can use to go back to station with many luggage (of course we paid as like taxi).

제일 저렴한 방을 선택하긴했지만 숨이 턱 막힐 정도로 작을거라고는 생각못함. 적어도 한단계 위의 방을 선택해야만 불편없이 이용할듯. 4만원차이인데 느끼기엔 두배이상의 만족감차이. 가성비로 쳐도 17만원정도내고 그런 방일거라 생각하기 어려움. 발코니없고 복도에 꺾이는 부분이라서 옆방발코니가 의식됨. 조식도 별로. 커피는 포트에 블랙커피+우유주고 다른커피는 유료. 삼일 묵었는데 시트 재사용. 방안에 차만 있고 커피없음.

거리가 역에서 많이 멀지는 않지만 가는 길이 오르막이라 캐리어를 끌고 가기에 힘든 면이 없지 않지만 시설이 아주 깨끗해서 맘에 들었습니다 또 레스토랑도 있는데 분위기는 물론 맛이 아주 좋았습니다~ 스위스 물가에 비하면 가격도 괜찮았구요ㅎ 직원분도 아주 친절하셨습니다 저희가 숙박했던 객실에선 마테호른을 볼 수 없었지만 반대편에선 아주 잘 보일 거 같아요~ 자금이 넉넉하신 분들은 객실에서 볼 수 있는지 꼭 체크하세요ㅎㅎ 레스토랑에서는 아주 잘 보였거든요 다음에 또 갈 일이 있다면 또 가고 싶어요!!ㅎㅎ 강추!!

건물도 새건물인듯 시설이 깔끔하고 좋네요. 방 사이즈도 너무 작지 않을만큼 적당하고 조식도 괜찮게 나옵니다.

Amazing service and wonderful location in Zermatt. Great amenities for the cost of the hotel.

What a lovely place! Very clean, close to everything, and the owners were the nicest people!

Chambre Impeccable

Super clean and the staff was knowledgable and helped very time we needed any type of help. It is up hill, so I would take an electric taxi to the hotel. I of course hauled my two suitcases up what felt like the Matterhorn and I had to stop several times. I am in great shape so trust me when I say take a taxi. The steps to climb can be challenging. Once you are at the hotel the easiest corridor is exit left. It is a gradual walk up and down to the city center. Greta place and I would stay here again.

Clean room and extremely nice staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, tidy, comfortable bed, and had a great view of the matterhorn from the balcony. The location in the town was also very good for us. Would happily stay again.

Here’s my honest review: The hotel is run by a family, and the staff were truly amazing and very thoughtful. When we requested a fork and some utensils, they kindly provided plates and spoons as well. The hotel overlooks part of the Alps, and the bathroom was beautiful and felt very luxurious. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find cookies prepared in the room, which was a sweet and welcoming touch. There is also a coffee machine along with tea packets, sugar, spoons, and other basic amenities provided. However, getting to the hotel from the train station was not very convenient, as we had to walk about 700 meters from the train station to an uphill on a steep slope while carrying our luggages. The bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, which felt uncomfortable due to the noticeable gap in the middle. Although the balcony faces the mountains, the view is currently partially blocked by nearby construction for another hotel, and it’s likely that the new building may further obstruct the mountain view in the future — possibly because we were assigned the last room, furthest from the main view. In my opinion, for the price we paid (around USD 400++ per night), it was not worth it. Zermatt is a small town with many hotels, and you can likely find more affordable options that are more convenient and offer better views.

Nice location not too far from the main strip. Great to have a hottub and their little bar open each day.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We got in late and they left clear instructions and upgraded our room for free. They were so helpful and accommodating. The room was great. The hot tub and sauna were also amazing. The location was perfect. I absolutely recommend!

Unfortunately, the room I was given was right next to a construction site. When I called to inform the staff, the female staff member told me that I couldn’t change rooms unless I upgraded and paid extra. The hotel wasn’t even half full at the time, so it was quite disappointing. It would have been a great opportunity to create a positive impression for a first-time guest, but instead, I was met with unhelpful response. On the other hand, the male receptionist was very kind, polite, and welcoming — I appreciated his attitude. It’s a pity, because I had planned to come back during the ski season, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel again. Also The room still had some dust on the phone and the desk.

Awesome view of the Matterhorn from the balcony! Staff is very friendly and great English. Location is perfect.
