It was really beatiful house! You can enjoy the true swiss nature there!! Host was kind and helpful It is actually located right in front of bus stop so tranportation was convenient as well

We really enjoyed our stay here! Proximity to the lake, easy transportation to the city, access to the kitchen and living room. Our bedroom was small but as expected, and we were quite comfortable. And the host was very nice and welcoming!

Villa in the sense of "a large and luxurious country house in its own grounds" is probably not exactly the right title for this house. It is - indeed - on its own grounds at a stunning location outside Lucerne - but it definitely is NOT "large and luxurious". My room was small and old-fashioned furnished. No TV, no mirror and to go to the bathroom one has to walk through the breakfast room first. Access to the house is a very dark slippery gravel street. It is a cheap and easy stay at the lake Lucerne but not the right place if you are used to high standards.

Just joking around on our last night we asked for a special breakfast and she made it happen, We continued to many other places before we left Europe but this place will always be my favorite memory, Thank you

As expected / good value. Room was a little musty and smelled as if previous visitors had not obeyed the Non-smoking rule. Great location and very convenient to Lucerne.

My wife and I were traveling around Switzerland for our honeymoon. We were supposed to stay another night in Zurich, but decided to head down to luzerne instead. Staying at the Lake Lotus Villa was the best decision we ever made. The property was excellent, providing a private but friendly atmosphere, and allowed us to meet other great guests. Being on the crystal clear lake with boats and kayaks was an added bonus. The hosts and house manager were even better, and provided the best service we could have asked for. Would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Mysigt med egen badtunna och pool. Fint beläget mot sjön. Egen gångspråk ner till sjön. Fint hus också med mysiga allmänna utrymmen.

Beautiful back yard (they could do a lot more but the garden was relaxed and casual) on the lake, hot tub (with three hours notice), nice house. We had some bad luck ... their stove was making a loud noise that they couldn't stop. This made them very anxious I think. We were a bit surprised there was no tv in the room. I never was able to connect to their internet for any length of time and my wife was able to connect but it kept going out and when it was connected it was super slow. The bed was a futon so be prepared for that level of comfort for sleeping. They also published a book of rules that was off-putting ... "silence after 10pm" ... really? silence? Do you have to leave if you snore? It just wasn't what we expected and we didn't feel good staying there so we left right away in the morning. Breakfast smelled wonderful but we wanted to leave ASAP.
