조용한 지역에 위치하고 있는 친절한 호텔입니다. 별관 더블룸 사이즈도 적당히 크고 발코니도 좋습니다. 다만 호수전망이라고 되어 있지만 호수는 거의 안보여요.

Avoid this hotel. It’s located on a steep uphill, making it very difficult to reach if you’re traveling with multiple suitcases or young children. The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to carry all our heavy luggage up to the top floor. The room had no air conditioning. It was extremely hot, and opening the windows for fresh air only filled the room with bugs. For the exorbitant price they charge, this hotel isn’t worth even 10% of the cost. I would not recommend staying here.

The weather was excellent the Hotel was situated in a beautiful quiet place.We were placed in the annex building not the main Hotel which wasn't very clean it had cobwebs in the room and the balcony was not well kept.There were dead plants in both pots the balcony had not been swept.The beds had seen better days and the pillows were abysmal.On the plus side the breakfast was very good plenty to choose from and the staff were brilliant.All in all a good experience but could have been better.

I arrived on a Monday evening, and the only manager/owner was busy with a private event. No one was at the reception, and whenever I needed to pick up my key, asking for kettle, trying to fix wifi, I needed to walk across the building and fetched her at the restaurant. What’s worse was the grocery was also closed and there were no other restaurants nearby. I had to eat little food I brought with me to make through the night. The annex was not equipped with ac, and there is not bug net on the window, and I would have to choose either opening up the window and invited the bugs in or I stayed in a hot and no fresh air room. There was extremely limited utilities provided in the room, not even a telephone. The next morning around 10am(before check out time), someone just opened my room without knocking. I was not properly dressed, shocked and had to tell that “ the room is still occupied “. I have not had such a bad stay in a long time. This stay was not relaxing as I expected, and the hotel didn’t seem to be professionally managed. If you have a private event I think you should at least have a backup staff to serve the reception, and you should have trained your staff not entering a room without checking!!!! Oh btw, many people praised the breakfast. It was alright, and the view is good, but there were flies!!! At least 5 or 6 that morning and some of the food was not covered!!!

huoneessa ei ilmastointia eikä minibaaria,koko oleskelumme ajan hissi oli rikki,aamiainen ok,vuodevaatteet tarkoitettu varmaan talvikäyttöön,sijainti todella vaikea rinteessä jos ei ole tulossa autolla,liikuntarajoitteisilla ei mitään mahdollisuutta omin avuin mutta näköalathan ovat huikeita jossa kyllä hermo lepää

Room is not stock properly with towels, soap I have to keep calling to ask for it. During summer like May it's too hot because the room does not have ac. It's far from other must see places.

Väldigt familjärt och mysigt hotell med bra service. Bussarna går alldeles nedanför hotellet så det är lätt att ta sig in till Thun. Man kan annars lätt promenera in till Thun då det är ett promenadväg efter sjön hela vägen.

Not what is shown in the pictures. We were given a room in the separate building filled with spiderwebs. Rooms are small, low beds, no view of the lake, not worth it!

Beautiful view from the rooms and very quiet. Easy to get to the hotel by catching the 21 or 24 bus from Thun station. Restaurant is okay, I think there’s better dining options located in Thun.

Selvästi paikallisten suosima ravintola (ihana terassi puiden varjossa!) ja viihtyisä ja autenttinen hotelli. Sijainti melko korkealla rinteessä, josta kaunis näkymä alas järvelle. Järven rannassa uimapaikka, mutta ylös rinnettä takaisin kiivetessä ehti kyllä tulla taas uudestaan aika kuuma. Näinä aikoina miinusta ilmastoinnin puuttumisesta, vaikka rauhallisessa ympäristössä pystyi pitämään ikkunat auki yöllä, mikä viilensi huonetta vähitellen. Palvelu oli äärimmäisen ystävällistä ja joustavaa!

Undoubtedly the best hotel view I’ve ever experienced! Breakfast wonderful (more amazing views!) and excellent staff. Onsite free parking.

If you want to stay in a comfortable place. This is it. Its quite, beautiful. Praise for the staff is all i have. Even before i left LA, I called and was helped by Stephanie. She is the best. As a foreigner i needed guidance and she gave it... i followed it and had no problems. The restaurant is awesome.... the wait staff is down to earth friendly. As for the .... the room is spotless... Clean to perfection. Key words, FRIENDLY, COZY, LOCATION...
