전체적으로 분위기가 차분하고 깔끔해서 여행 피로 풀기에 너무 좋았고 직원분들 모두가 친절하셔서 또 좋았습니다. 조식도 든든하게 잘 나오고요 저는 모든부분이 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 또 푼타 아레나스 갈 일 있으면 또 여기서 묵고 싶네요.

This one was the best of three hotels that I stayed in Punta Arenas. Outstanding facilities, breakfast tastes nice, and staffs are so friendly. About two block away from the main street, but the local buses cost only 310 pesos, so no problem at all. My only wish with this hotel is their toilet to be flushed faster.

Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night.

Everything was excellent, the staff is above and beyond the expectation, very helpful and attentive. Every morning since I had early excursion they prepared a very nice bfast goodies bag for me. On my check out day the staff was helping me to arrange taxi to pick me up at 2 am to the airport and making sure the taxi comes on time. Location is very good easy to go anywhere. The hotel is more like a house with many rooms so my room although is very small but clean and cozy. I will come back and recommend this accommodation place to anyone.

Ariel at front desk was very nice, the room was clean. The location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do but not pretty by any stretch The breakfast was pretty good and the staff friendly. The bad was the smallest shower I have ever seen, and it leaked no matter how we tried to adjust the shower curtain. It smelled humid and the tv didn’t work properly which is not huge if you’re there to explore. Not bad

The room was lovely and the staff was very nice and helpful, but it was loud during the night. Next to the hotel is a night club, and you can hear the music all night long.

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Close to center of town. Limited hotel parking but plenty on street. Simple rooms but heck the price is reasonable.

Very nice boutique hotel in Punta Arenas. Ariel was especially nice and helped us with our check-in and providing useful information about Punta Arenas. Room and bathroom was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with good coffee. Will definitely stay here again next time we're passing through town.

Clean room, nice staff, private parking

Hotel was good for an overnight stay upon arriving in Punta Arenas. Area is quiet, we slept well and we had off-street parking. Would stay here again. The host was very nice, spoke English and was very accommodating with an early check-in and storage of our bags.

We had a one night stay at the hotel. It’s more like a guest house with some en-suite rooms. We got an en-suite and both the room and bathroom were clean. The facilities were fine for a one night stay. Breakfast was OK. Nothing great.
