Quiet location, good breakfast. Appreciated use of the host's Internet machine, and the host's help with confirming reservations in Spanish. Communication in English was very limited when Javier was not available. Hot water was often not available.

Extremamente satisfeito. O atendimento da Lia foi demais. Chegamos 23:00 no hostal e eles nos receberam super bem. Nos forneceram toalhas extras para os passeios, e preparam cafés da manhã para levar, quando os passeios eram antes do horário do café da manhã. As acomodações são simples, o quarto e o banheiro são pequenos e não tem frigobar. O wi-fi funcionou perfeitamente, era tudo limpinho e o principal, eles estão sempre com o sorriso nos rostos. Excelente custo/benefício!!

The problems started before arriving. The hotel asks you to contact them 48 hrs before to give an arrival time as there is no front desk, but the telephone numbers don't work. I emailed the address from the hotel's website several times from 2 weeks before with no answer. I contacted Expedia and got a cell number - which was never answered - and asked them to give my arrival time. The hotel emailed me (from the same address that I had emailed...) asking for my arrival time and I sent this asking for confirmation, which was not sent. So, I arrived in San Pedro with no certainty as to whether someone would be there or not. On arriving, I was escorted to the front podium to pay (not even a glass of water after a long trip!). I was charged an extra 3% for credit card, which was not stated in the booking, and at a very low conversion rate - meaning that the price on the booking was about ten dollars per night lower than what I was charged. The room is basic: there is a bed, small desk and chair, two small bedside tables, and wardrobe. No TV, air conditioning, kettle, fridge etc. The breakfast is also basic without fresh juice or fruit. But the room was clean. The hotel is very expensive for what it is, and it is 10 mins out of town, but prices are high in San Pedro. Based on my experience, I would never use it again.

A cidadde é bem pequena, no entanto o hostal se localiza um pouco distante do centro, cerca de 15 min de caminhada. Como quase tudo em são Pedro não há luxo. No entanto, a limpeza do estabelecimento e a gentileza dos funcionários foram fora de série. Nossa diária findava 12h, mas o transfer nos buscaria somente as 18h. Como não haviam hóspedes em nosso apartamento após nossa saída, nos deixam permanecer no quarto até a saída do tranfer.

Wir hatten das Studio und waren begeistert von der Ausstattung. Von außen wirkt das Haus eher unscheinbar, allerdings bietet es im Inneren alle Annehmlichkeiten: Kühlschrank, Satelliten-TV, eine Sitzecke, Safe, ein gutes Bett, warmes Wasser mit gutem Druck zu jeder Zeit... Und alles super sauber mit täglicher Reinigung - Fantastisch!

A bit out of town but an easy walk in and close to the bus station which was handy when we left. Room very comfortable but could have been a bit bigger. Breakfast very good. Overall a good stay.

I choose this place base on all the good reviews online, and the experience was well exceed my expectation. Javier and Liz are two of the nicest people I met in Chile. The place was very clean, Liz spend most of the day meticulously clean every room and the kitchen. Javier went above and beyond to help us with our language difficulties, he make calls to tour company to make sure the bus will come pick us up in front of the hostel and arrange shuttle rides back to airport. Liz make nice breakfast every morning and also took care any needs we have. The place is in a quiet neighborhood but within 10 min walking to downtown. my wife and I had great stay here and I would recommend to anyone.

Hostal limpo e tranquilo. Quarto com bom espaço e cama confortável, mas o box do chuveiro do quarto single (n.1) é um pouco apertado. Wi-Fi muito bom. Bom atendimento. Café da manhã simples, mas bom. Distante cerca de 10 minutos a pé da rua principal.

Hostal pequeno, tranquilo, simples, limpo e confortável. Ótimo atendimento. Está um pouco afastado da rua principal, cerca de 10 minutos a pé, mas próximo a um mercadinho e ao terminal de ônibus. Internet Wi-Fi muito boa e o sinal pega muito bem nos quartos. Café da manhã simples, sem muitas opções, mas bom, a partir das 8h. Se seu passeio for mais cedo, peça no dia anterior para prepararem um lanche para levar.

This was a great hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main street which is very easy to find. The hotel owner didn't seem to speak any English and we don't understand Spanish but we were able to communicate fine! She was also very accommodating on the final day as we had an evening bus and needed somewhere to keep our bags and kill time. Our room was spacious and clean and the wifi was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Although there was a mixup with our booking at first, it was all sorted out by the time we returned from a walk around town. The room and shower were great, the bed was comfy, and the room was cleaned immaculately each day. Wifi was fast and reliable, and the breakfast was the best we've had in Chile. The hostal is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town, in a quiet area with shops nearby, and has a nice waiting area for those early morning tour pickups.
