Zero defeitos!!! Tudo maravilhoso

Most likely one of the best rooms with a balcony that I’ve stayed in before. Extremely well equipped kitchenette to support a bit longer stays. The area is very well located to parks and safe walking paths. The restaurant is an absolute 5 star in my books. I’ve enjoyed every meal, from breakfast to supper and the odd snack. Quality is just amazing. Will definitely select The Place for my next trip to Santiago. They were recommended to me by a friend and close colleague and I will be happy to do the same.

Super recommended due location, confort and cleaness. The only thing I didn't like was breakfast organization. The place is too small and also it is open to the general public and there is no enough tables to seat.

Good location with car park Reception staff speak English as do some of the restaurant/cafe staff Very clean everywhere. Good choice of food and drinks all day.

The hotel was beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood with lots of greenery and cafes around. Incredible views from the pool. A very nice coworking space. And friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Santiago.

Ótima estadia, apartamentos bons, arquitetura do hotel é linda, rooftop bonito, o café da manhã é a lá carte, no bar que é bem interessante no térreo do hotel. Recomendo!

este hotel tiene de todo!!! es la mejor opcion que he podido encontrar en un hotel, con todos los plus de un mini departmento, habitacion grande, todos los conforts que necesitas, una terraza increible, sentirse como en casa... y cuando necesite info la recpecion por what estuvo siempre atenta. Lllegue a las 11 am. el check in era a las 15. pero me dieron la habitacion apensa llegue sin costo. eso no ocurre jamas en un hotel de 4 o 5 estrellas te hacen pagar media tarifa, despues de un biaje de 13 horas de vuelo esto valio como oro.... Esta super bien ubicado a 10 min a pie del aprque arauco, en la calle principal tienes de todo!!! un mini market... y estetista, peluqueria, lavandertia.. EL restaurante increible. el room service impecable.. Volvere si o si, en mi prox estadia en chile

Very spacious, new, well equipped units, awesome that it has restaurant and coffee shop open long hours. Coffee was great. Loved the place for the price point.

The location of The Place is excellent. The neighbourhood is lovely and extremely walkable. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The terrace was quite large and lovely at night once it cooled off. I felt very relaxed here. Loved the restaurant!

I paid extra for a "sea view" room and was given a room with a tiny partial view. Turns out the hotel does not have sea view rooms at all, because they are not ocean front - there is a building in-between. They are working to fix the advertising to reflect reality, as I was told. Our room also had a large hair ball in the bathroom at check in and the mirror had large rust stains on them. When the front desk was notified, they said they would fix the mirror and the cleaning for us while we went to diner. However, after dinner the hairball was still in the bathroom and the mirrors were not fixed/changed/cleaned. The next day the manager contacted me and apologized. Offered a 15% discount and free breakfast during our stay. Upon check out, the 15% discount was only applied to 1 night and the extra night we had to extend due to family reasons was offered at an even higher rate than originally offered. Overall, the quality level of the rooms is mediocre with very noise rooms. You can hear doors slamming and you can hear people going thru the trash bins outside to collect bottles.

The Place was a great home away from home hotel experience. The staff at check in was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the hotel itself was well maintained. The restaurant in the hotel was always very active and the food was great. The only complain would be the restaurant service was very slow, otherwise - it was a wonderful stay.

Hotel excelente, acomodação excelente, ficamos na suite Junior, café da manhã excelente com várias opções. Enfim eu recomendo !!!

Did not clean clean the room for my last night

Quarto ótimo, com cozinha bem equipada. Limpeza realizada todos os dias. Recepcionistas gentis. Nos indicaram motorista para nos buscar e levar ao aeroporto que foi muito educado e cuidadoso. Tivemos uma estadia excelente.
