버스 터미널에서 찿아가기가 좀 힘들어 다른 호텔에가서 주소를 보여주고 물어보니 그곳주인이 전화를 하더니 조금 있으면 데리러 온다고 해서 기다리니 주인 아저씨가 차를 갖고와서 나를 호텔까지 안내... 일하시는 분들의 따듯한 마음과 여행에관해서 상세히 설명 해주고... 알고보니 위치도 괜 찮았음

공항셔틀을 제공한다고 해서 선택했지만 셔틀 서비스를 제공하지 않았습니다. 그리고 중심가에서 좀 멀었어요.

The room where so clean and the staff even though they spoke Spanish which I don’t understand they where so helpful by using translator, I give it 10/10

Breakfast was good and started early. Staff were friendly and helpful despite my lack of Spanish skills. Room and facilities were basic, fairly comfortable and very hot. No outside window in our room, only window opened to the hallway, and sound carried between rooms.

Everything was excellent and this hostal served breakfast beginning at 4:00 am. This breakfast time was very helpful to me since my full day tour started at 5:15 am. Thank you Hostal Cordillera for the breakfast, the clean room, and the warm welcome from the people that work in this hostal.

They start serving breakfast at 4a. So great!

Quarto muito pequeno e apertado. Banheiro e chuveiro tão apertados que é difícil de utilizar. Manutenção poderia ser melhor.

Room was small but clean and comfortable The only thing is that is was way too hot at night I had a thermometer and it read 80 we had windows open with little effect

6m2 for two persons are lousy, you can hear every word of your neighbour, no possibility to make the room dark and thats for 66 Dollar. Breakfast and Service was good.

Misunderstanding with reception

A very good hostel to stay, dining options & center of Punta Arenas are a bit far away (like 10 mins walk), but very cozy & comfortable hostel, with breakfast starting at 4:30am!

I was able to check in very late at night and have a good sleep after a long travel day. Having breakfast on-site was so helpful and just what I needed. The staff were very helpful.
