Charming place !

Agradável hospedagem em meio a natureza. A atendente Rosa foi muito atenciosa.

O unico ponto a ser destacado é que por ser Santa Cruz uma cidade fria, creio que os quartoa poderiam ter uma calefacao mais eficiente. O ar condicionado do quarto nao era suficiente para deixá-lo aquecido.

This is a really charming bed and breakfast. It is in a secure area and behind a locked gate. They have many amenities that I did not make use of such as a a pool and hot tub. The breakfast was excellent. My room had a very small private terrace with seats for two. There was also a larger terrace off the dining room should you be there with a group. Everything was clean and well maintained.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s an oasis in downtown Santa Cruz. We loved the pool, the delicious breakfast and the kindness of all the hotel employees. It’s perfectly located for amazing visits to vineyards. Lovely!!!

O hotel não tem balde de vinho mesmo estando rodeado de vinícolas e o quarto merecia ter frigobar.

Confortável, limpo, funcionários simpáticos, boa localização. Só achei que não precisa cobrar 30 mil pesos chilenos para o uso do spa (banheira de hidromasagem quente). Para mim nao faz sentido ser cobrado separadamente.

Pequeno hotel muito confortável e com excelente atendimento. Marcela foi muito amável consoco e nos ajudou em tudo. Cama e chuveiro muito confortáveis, café da manhã muito bom incluso. A única coisa que achamos que poderia melhorar é que as persianas são muito claras e não escurecem o quarto o suficiente.

Lovely grounds, well appointed room, wonderful staff, lovely pool and abundant breakfast.

Breakfast was glorious. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Walking distance to really good restaurants. Would absolutely recommend you stay here.

Hotel simples na muito agradável. Fica perto de bons restaurantes, super mercados e etc. Bom quarto com cama espaçosa e confortável. Senti falta da bucha higiênica que não tem.

Hidden gem — you wouldn’t know it was there if you just drove by. Staff very nice and friendly. Very secure property with parking. Be sure to take in the Colchagua Museum as it is first rate and an easy walk from hotel. Excellent dining within short drive — recommend Vino Bello and Casa Colchagua.

A very nice oasis in Santa Cruz, easy walking distance to great dinners and shopping, and central to the best regional wineries. Our hostesses were very helpful, and breakfast was big and delicious. Rooms were very comfortable and cute, with working air conditioning.

Great place just around the corner from the town. Very quiet. Each u it had its own sitting area and we were lucky to have the pool just outside our unit. The staff were great and very accommodating.
