El hotel para mi fué de 10 en todos los aspectos, excepto que en las fotos se veían mejor las camas y el espacio del cuarto vs la realidad

I would suggest covering the window over the door to help darken the room at night. I was in the first floor and my room only got dark once the lobby lights were dimmed. Other than that the hotel was nice.

We loved this hotel, unique for its art, quietness, kind and helpful staff and great location. We highly recommend it. Points of improvement: The area around the hotel is not super tidy. The pool was empty.

Casa Puenta is a charming house on one of Valparaiso's many hills. Each guest room is designed by a different local artist, and the shared spaces in the house were full of beautiful art. The owners, and the entire team were very lovely and made us feel both at home and on a luxurious vacation. Thank you so much for a magical time! Like many of Valparaiso's buildings, it is only accessible by stairs, which is the only downside.

O hotel é bem localizado e os funcionarios sao muito gentis. Ficamos em um quarto no andar do cafe da manha, mas como.acordamos cedo nao foi um problema. Quarto bastante amplo. Pontos negativos: cafe da manhã nao tem variedade e é servido em uma.bandeja na propria mesa - todos os dias sao iguais. O acesso a portaria do hotel é escondido e a rua é muito suja, com.cheiro forte de urina e fezes de cachorro.

Service was great! Location, great! But you need to always ask the staff to leave or to enter as it is good security. Car is parked in a locked parking so you need to ask to get stuff in out and to go. Downtown so location is perfect! But with downside like dogs barking at night and morning.

I liked that the hotel is almost an art galleria, with several paints and sculptures. They have a secure parking that's not common in that area. Staff is friendly and kind. It's not far from the famous urban art streets that are recommended to walk during the day. Avoid the halls at night.

The art in the rooms and in the hallways. Breakfast was very bad. Staff was very nice.

Off street gated parking is a real plus in Valparaiso! Staff was very helpful!

Very fancy and nice place. Our room's TV only had channel, but for a soccer game we wanted to watch they let us use an adjacent room to do so. Fancy lighting but the light in the hallways was too poor to see the room lock well. Also bedside reading lights should be added.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Quirky property that suits the neighbourhood. Highly recommend for those who enjoy individual accommodation

You have to take some stairs to enter the property but that is normal in the “cerros” of Valparaíso and the staff is ready to help you with the luggage. They also offer a safe parking place which is not that easy to find in Cerro Alegre.

Nice hotel, but a bit Worn down. Good location. Very nice staff, arranged pick up in the harbor and transportation in end of the stay to Santiago

The hotel has lots of style, with unique art on every wall! Easy walking access to dining and murals and views, if you have strong legs! The staff is exceptional for attention, advice and help with reservations. It is very quiet. We extended our stay. Sunbathing is good, but the pool is very small. The rooms are large, with traditional furniture and very good beds and showers.

Fantastic stay in Valparaiso at this hotel! The staff, in particular, Juan Jose, was amazing. Felt very safe and well taken care of. Hope to come again!!

De hotel boutique só tem o nome. Selecionamos o hotel com base no que ele dizia oferecer: conforto, estacionamento, piscina, boa localização e café da manhã. Realmente tem estacionamento e a localização é excelente, mas de resto foi decepcionante. Ao chegarmos nos informaram que o café da manhã era das 8h às 10h, pois bem, no dia seguinte, após uma noite ruim pois o ar condicionado não funcionava e tinha alguma coisa que fazia um barulho de motor em algum outro quarto o tempo todo, fomos ao café as 8h e para nossa surpresa não tinha nada e nos falaram que seria só às 9h. Sem contar que a piscina, segundo o próprio funcionário do local, não é utilizada pois é muito fria e está na sombra de várias árvores (ou seja, serve só pra foto!). Pra completar a limpeza do banheiro deixou muito a desejar e as toalhas de banho do quarto estavam rasgadas. Pagamos caro para algo ruim.
