Apartment had a great location.
Great view. Modern. All you can ask for as a apartment.
But...
The check in process was one of the worts experinces.
Have been working in Colombia, have been visiting this country 30 times now.
This was the most confusing, non reliable booking ever.
The booking page at Hotels.com does not give whole info. Even if you (thought you) paid on Hotels.com site, You have to pay same amount and even more when you arrive. And that in CASH!!!!
Hey, everyone that have visit Colombia knows that you NEVER have so much cash on the streets.
Please, show that info on your site.
Had to pay extra for cleaning and som strange administration.
So lucky that I speak spanish, if not, forget this apartament.
Also wrong address was specified on Hotels.com page. Taxi driver had to use my phone to call a Whatsapp contact for apartment. Hmmm. Other wise we had ended at another building.
When paying in cash. NO receipt was written. How is that possible? Give millions of pesos to a a person that cleans the apartament.
I had to demand that they gave me a receipt. Which they did.
I spent half a day for this check in.
Also misunderstandings when leaving the apartment. We agreed for time, they called from reception hours before.
