The room was as advertised, location is amazing, staff was kind and curtious and the only issue I had was with the WiFi. It was perfect in every other way.

Beautiful hotel

Bad wifi in room in most areas of the hotel. They advertised on Booking. com that many languages ​​were spoken at the reception. However, all employees at the hotel only spoke Spanish. Hence, difficult to ask for advice and receive good service that you would expect from a hotel at this level. All in all we expected more from this hotel at that price.

The hotel is really run down and extremely overpriced. Sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable, kitchen is poorly equiped, dishes are dirty, check-in lasted forever although I was first in line. Breakfast was real disappointment. We got the apartment in the lowest floor with the view of the hotel garage. There was no privacy on our balcony and there was constant noise coming from cars and people. The only good thing about our stay is that it lasted only one day.

Loved the food and the pool and the hot tub. Staff service was awful

Muy mala, el hotel realizó un cobro doble aparte del pago que hice con la aplicación, según me iban a hacer mi reembolso y jamás llegó.

Todo excelente excepto que no cuenta con aire acondicionado.

Staff responded to our requests promptly, heated jacuzzi and rooftop patio delightful. Views are beautiful. Walking distance to Guatape is a very big bonus. Rooms have glass windows floor to ceiling so the noise from the town is terrible at night due to loud concert music. They are building a shopping mall directly across the street and the rooms facing this will hear noise from banging metal and Jackhammers, even on weekends. 7am onward every day. Room service brought cold eggs for breakfast but at least it didn't take long.

This hotel is really awesome, the staff from reception to the restaurant/bars are pros, they go above and beyond. Thank you guys!

I booked a room with the jacuzzi and when i arrived , they said they didnt have anymore available

Great location we walked to downtown and got a quick ride to sites like el penol. Also the hot tub on the rooftop was a huge plus after a day of walking. I would stay here again.

No pudimos dormir sonó música en habitación toda la noche, alto volumen, el desayuno muy malo, el hotel no es tan económico, el agua no es potable, entonces deberían entregar una botella con agua potable

Hotel a 10 minutos caminando a la plaza de Guatape y retirado de la piedra el peñol sus instalaciones son cómodas no es confortable que no tienen ascensor además que están divididas las amenidades

Es un hotel espectacular en todo sentido, el servicio de las personas es excelente, el restuarante, las zonas humedas, la vista de las habitaciones, la ubicación lo hacen un sitio ideal para descansar y compartir en familia.

Me hicieron cobros adicionales porque No tenían bien enlazada la app con su página. 48mil pesos extra cuando en la app decía que impuestos incluidos. El parqueadero daña cualquier carro un poco bajito

Hotel no apto para personas mayores, con algún problema de movilidad reducida y tampoco para niños. Ni fin tipo de ayudas del personal del hotel para subir y bajar maletas por tanto escalón (escalas). Si vas con familia (niños y adultos) no recomiendo el hotel

Tuvimos inconveniente con las señoras del aseo xq ingresaron a realizar la limpieza pero no limpiaron los baños adicionalmente cuando fuimos a salir del parqueadero después del check pitó duramos una hora y media por un carro que permitieron que parqueara delante del carro nuestro
