This place is clean, quiet, conveniently located, and the staff is helpful and friendly. I had a private room for two nights with a shared bathroom and plenty of hot water. I would definitely stay with R10 again!

I stayed here for 3 nights in a private dorm. Honestly the private dorm was worth it I really got to spread out. I really liked the aesthetic of this place but I’m not sure I would stay again. Cons: Really loud. Heard the girl next to me tell her friend about the fight with her bf

Alguns quartos sao super barulhentos, devido as escadas serem antigas e ter um rooftop com drinks ate meia noite, mas eu pedi para trocar de quarto e os atendentes me ajudaram com tudo, foram atenciosos e prestativos.

Local staff were very helpful and friendly. Free bike to borrow on Sunday to take part in the cicolovia. Nice, varied (though a little small in terms of portion size) breakfasts, and being able to eat on the rooftop patio was a bonus. There was a live DJ on Friday, which was cool. Beers were cheap. Cool design to the building. I was in a private single room and it met all of my needs for a good price. Great location - easy to walk places and taxis pass by right in front. I would definitely stay here again.

Good price , convenient location, cute place love all the plants . Down side its loud , and the ladder to the bunk beds are not the easiest. First step is too far off the ground. One night one of the girls in the dorm fell off her bunk because it was dark and the last step was too far off the ground. The step is far off because it’s the storage locker so I understand why . The later is straight upwards as well you’ll have to pull yourself up so if that’s a mobility issue I would say request a bottom bunk if possible.

I didn't spend much time at the hostel, but one thing that stood out was the staff. Always very attentive, helpful and friendly. Everything is well cleaned and the beds are comfy. Some rooms facing the streets may be subject to noise in the mornings and whenever nightlife is happening (Friday/Saturday). I found there wasn't much of an atmosphere around the hostel even though there are many communal areas (TV room, rooftop terrace, dining room, ...) - maybe because the furniture isn't very inviting as it seems to have been acquired randomly and definitely has seen better days.

No me gusto nada este sitio. El chico de la recepción italiano muy mal educado. Mucho frío en la habitación. Pedimos una manta y nos dio una súper sucia

Ligger meget centralt. Her er alt hvad du har behov for. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale , som alle taler flydende engelsk. En fantastisk bygning , i flere etager.

Super bien el personal muy amable y servicial, lo único que diría quizás que se podría incluir una toalla por persona.

Todos muy amables. Dispuesto ayudar con información o reserva de tour. El lugar en bien antiguo, con baños super pequeños, pero muy limpios. Super céntrico. Todo queda cerca. Por el precio esta muy bien. El que desee mas espacios, calidad de Sabanas u otros sevicios, recordsr precio. No es 5 estrella. Regresaria

The staff at this hostel are friendly and helpful. It is a charming old building in a good location near museums and other sites. I extended my stay and plan to stay again.

Mein Mann und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad. Das koloniale Gebäude hat einen tollen Charme, wir lieben es mehr als standart Kettenhotels. Die Lage ist genial, mitten in La Candelaria, wo man fussläufig alles erreichen kann. Sehr hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück und die unglaublich freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Das gesammte Team hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem werden lassen. Vielen Dank und beste Grüße an das Team vom R10
