À première vue, l’arrivée peut surprendre : l’hôtel est situé en bord de route et l’extérieur, comme le parking, paraît assez sommaire et peu engageant. Mais une fois à l’intérieur, l’impression change complètement. L’établissement est rustique, typique et très agréable à vivre, avec beaucoup de verdure, de beaux arbres et une atmosphère authentique. Les chambres étaient très propres, tout comme le mobilier et les espaces communs. Le véritable point fort reste l’accueil : beaucoup de sourires, une grande gentillesse et une équipe qui a réellement envie de bien recevoir ses clients. La piscine permet également de passer une journée très agréable sur place. Nous avons aussi très bien mangé au restaurant, avec une cuisine de qualité. En réservant, nous nous demandions comment cet hôtel pouvait obtenir une note supérieure à 9. Après notre séjour, nous comprenons parfaitement. Ce n’est pas un hôtel luxueux, mais dans sa catégorie et dans son style local, tout est propre, chaleureux, authentique et bien entretenu. Une excellente adresse qui mérite sa très belle note.

Only way to contact them is to active your cellphone & call - they don’t answer anything else. This was our first issue. Second was when we called and told them we needed airport pick up and when we arrived at the airport NO ONE was there for us. It was 11PM and we were exhausted and needing sleep. No one was there to get us. This hotel is really far out of the city therefor the taxi cost us 500... 5 0 0 dirhams. More then the hotel. They didn’t seem to care at all. Our room had AC but wasn’t on before we arrived so our room was extremely hot. The toilet was broken. Our bed was harder then the floor. They played drums outside and was extremely loud for HOURS. In the morning no one was around and there was no lights to guide us out. We had to leave the key in an office and hope for the best. Worst hotel stay. Even though it was yes clean and the grounds/pool were gorgeous - I would never go back. I want my money back.
