오래된건물이라 엘베가 많이 불편했어요

La chambre était peu spacieuse et la salle de bain manquait de propreté. Manque de commodité. Le personnel est accueillant et aidant. La localisation est très bien.

Comme toujours cet hôtel est très bien situé sur une des plus grandes artères commerciales de Granby.

Presque 200$ pour une chambre, le lit peu confortable et le déjeuner fait dure. Non je ne reveindrai pas à cette place.

Très vielle hôtel pas vraiment rénové mais tous étaient propres donc je trouve le prix un peu élevé pour ce style d’hébergement

We enjoyed our stay, and especially the very helpful and friendly staff! Our only complaints were that the pool was almost too cold to go into, and the outlets in the room were so loose that we couldn’t get plugs (for our phone chargers and a CPAP) to stay in without bracing something against them to hold them in place. The TV was unplugged and we had to crawl behind the desk to plug it in. The hair dryer was also defective, and sparked and overheated enough to trip the circuit breaker in the plug. But the room was comfortable, as were the beds. And the breakfast was very convenient.

Breakfast hall was very nice. Breakfast was enjoyable. Cleaning staff was helpful.

L'accueil était très chaleureux et les tous employés voulaient notre satisfaction et étaient très sympathiques et serviables. Le déjeuner est quand même très bien pour un continental. L'endroit est propre et bien entretenu. La seule chose à dire était que le rideau dans la chambre n'étais pas opaque, alors la lumière entrait beaucoup au petit matin.

Nous avons été très déçu de l’état de la chambre. Finalement, on nous a changé de chambre pour notre 2e nuit. Cette dernière était vraiment mieux. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on ne nous a pas donné une chambre convenable dès le 1er jour, l’hôtel avait peu de clients. Je ne crois pas que nous y retournerons.
