체크인 시간이 너무 지연 되었고 와이파이가 안 돼서 가장 큰 문제가 되었다. 중심 명소와는 거리가 멀지 않은 편이지만 좀 버스터미널까지가 너무 멀었다.

하루이틀쯤 머물 생각이면 좋을 것 같아요 다인실에 묵었었는데 방 자체는 조용했으나 그날만 그랬던건지 밤늦게까지 밖에서 노는 소리가 들리더라구요 호스텔 투숙객인지 아니면 동네 사람들인진 잘 모르겠으나.. 짐 보관 가능하고 방마다 열쇠로 출입해야하기 때문에 보안은 나름 괜찮은것 같습니다. 부엌엔 안들어가봐서 모르겠고... 위치는 진짜 최고예요!!!! 바이워드마켓 국회의사당 노틀담성당 리도운하 네핀포인트까지 걸어서 10분거리입니다! 위치 편한 곳 원하시는 분은 묵으시면 좋을거예요~

위치 만족, 청결도 불만족

한국인 스탭이 있어서 편하고 아주 좋았어요 - ♡ 별 할거 없다는 오타와에서 좋은 추억과 좋은 만남 남기고 갑니다 ! 숙소는 개인콘센트도 있고 침대도 선착순이고 좋습니다♥

호텔 건물이 두개가 잇는데 도미트리 건물 말고 개인실 건물은 정말 최상 냉장고 조리시설 화장실 2개 세탁기 건조기 까지 이 건물에 따로 잇으며 이용 인원도 4개 팀 정도라 굉장히 쾌적함

The private room smelled of the person before me and the mattress and pillows were old but the bathroom and kitchen was clean in the second structure. One of the staff was friendly in providing a towel and new pillow and the other was busy commanding me to sit upon arrival without providing needed amenities.

Laundry machines are old and couldn't dry them right. Had to dry them twice and one of them ate my money. Other than that 5/5! Everywhere else

Parking is horrible with no actual parking spots just a bunch of cars crammed in the backyard and at the side of the house. The showers were gross. They told us to take our shoes off when we got in but the floors were so sticky we didn’t feel comfortable in our socks. I know it’s a relatively cheap hostel but I wouldn’t go here unless you really can’t afford other options or you have very low standards.

Beautiful, cleaned and organised place to stay, the people is marvellous, and it was exactly what I needed. A safe place to sleep and park, so I can walk the entire day in uptown Ottawa. Thank you

This is a hostel and for a hostel, it was GREAT! Super clean, super friendly, relatively comfortable spaces (okay, the beds are definitely hostel grade), with the ability to make your own meals if you want, and connect with lots of people in common spaces if you want. The staff were incredibly friendly - very forgiving when I couldn't open the (very simple) door and very helpful for showing me all the things around the location. The location is quite central too. As a head's up, it was fine for me to arrive at 9.40pm and feel relatively safe but there is a significant homeless population in the area, so as a single female traveller, I would suggest aiming for a daylight arrival time.

The staff were very accommodating & helpful to any questions you may have. The livingroom area, kitchen, toilet , bathroom & bedroom I am in were kept very clean. The location is very close to everything: Rideau Shopping Center & Byward Market. A very convenient place to stay in for your next staycation.

Good place, value for money.

Staff were great, but the property is a little run down. The doors dont unlock easily, so you are kind of stuck outside the room dwindling with the lock. Overall, check-in and check-out was easy. Beds are also very small, I am a small girl and they were small for me.

C’était correct mais le parking était difficile d’accès. Serviettes 2$?

Hot water, clean beds, good location. Very good stay.
