위치 친절함 조식 good good good 하지만 전체적으로 좁고, 침대도 화장실도 너무 작아서 불편해요.

위치 깡패인 호텔. 호텔이 있는 거리 자체가 주얼리, 조명 등을 판매하는 소규모의 가게과 갤러리가 많아서 볼거리가 많음. 최대 관광 스팟인 쁘띠 샹플랭 거리랑 샤토 프롱트낙 호텔과도 매우 가까움. 호텔이 위치한 길의 끝에서 코너를 돌면 바로 프레스코화를 볼 수 있음. 걸어서 1분도 안 걸릴 듯. 호텔 직원들도 매우 친절하고 방이 굉장히 예쁘고 아늑했음. 창문을 통해 보이는 호텔 레스토랑의 야외석들이 너무 예뻤음. 생수와 커피, 차 등을 제공하고 무료 조식도 나쁘지 않았음. 조식이 종류는 별로 없었지만 맛은 모두 괜찮았음. 조식을 준비해주는 직원들도 매우 친절함. 언젠가 또 퀘벡을 여행한다면 다시 묵을 의사 100%임. 참고로 여행 한달전쯤부터 예약이 꽉 차있던데 그 이유를 알 수 있었음.

밤세고 비행기타고 퀘백에 가느라 비도오고 힘들었는데 오전 9시반인데도 불구하고 방이 레디 됬다고 체크인 시켜주고 너무 감사 했다. 프론트 데스크 직원도 너무너무 친절 하고 조식도 너무 맛있고 깔끔하고 위치도 너무 좋고 그동안 묵었던 호텔 중에서 최고였다♡ 바로 앞에 프레스코화 앞임!!

Gorgeous boutique hotel! Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. This hotel feels like you’re in Paris, so charming and welcoming and comfortable. It is in an excellent location for eating and shopping and sightseeing! I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great little hotel in quebec city, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was amazing. Beware that if you book through expedia, the small breakfast provided is not included.

Such a great location! The staff were very helpful (& allowed us to try out our terrible French)! It's in low town with many restaurants and shops, but easy to walk to haut-ville.

The AC was not working. The staff provided free breakfast and parking and altogether the stay was really pleasant. They fixed AC next day.

This hotel was "okay" but not one we would go back to. The best feature was the front desk staff, who were unfailingly helpful in answering questions and making suggestions. The room was quiet, clean,and conveniently located near the elevator. The amenities (coffee maker, refrigerator) worked but were not really convenient. For example, the noise of the refrigerator's motor going on and off all night kept us awake; finally, in frustration, we unplugged it. The hotel's location in the "lower" area of Quebec City meant that we had to climb numerous steep streets and paths to reach the Chateau Frontenac area. The biggest problem was the lack of space. The hotel has no lobby to speak of, so we felt stuck in the room. The room itself was clean but quite small and lacked space to put things away. For example, it was impossible to unpack a suitcase since there was no dresser or other useful drawers. The sink was located in the bedroom, not the bathroom, which turned out to be a real nuisance. Since the cost of breakfast was not included in our room charge, we never ate at the hotel. We also didn't have a car, so we can't comment on parking.
